1994 Mercury Grand Marquis review
Simply the best car I have ever owned, save for my 1965 T-Bird convertible. "Big Silver" belonged to my late mother and stepfather. It was always babied. The ride was like silk, the interior roomy and very quiet. Gas mileage rarely dropped below 26mpg. Aside from routine maintenance and some electrical problems, the car was surprisingly low-cost to operate. Unfortunately, a careless driver ran full-speed into the rear of it two years ago, launching it up an embankment. Only the rear tailight area was munched--it saved my husband's life.

1992 Mercury Grand Marquis review
I obtained the car several years ago when my father died, a dedicated Merc man. It is one of the finest autos I have ever owned and I have had quite an assortment over the years. It gets surprisingly good gas milage and the ride is a dream.

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! 1997 Mercury Villager review
We've owned Mercury Villagers since 1993. We have loved our Villagers. All except one has gone into the high mileage category. Our 2001 has been a huge disappointment. But, we just bought our 4th Mercury Villager. Our second 1997, which we just loved our first with 255,000 miles on it and still runs and drives great. But, we needed another with lower mileage and this has 106,000 miles. Would recommend any Villager older than a 1999 when they changed the distributor and other things and changed the car for the worse.

2011 Mercury Milan review
I've had this car for 2 years now and it hasn't let me down. It's comfortable, factory stereo is awesome!, easy to clean and maintain. Repair costs aren't super awful since they are rarely needed. Not necessarily a car for taller/bigger people. It runs the size of a Plymouth Breeze or...maybe a little bigger than a Dodge Neon. Definitely classier though.

2008 Mercury Milan review

2010 Mercury Mountaineer review
So I just bought a used 2010 Mercury Mountaineer, with a restored salvage title. Typically I do not buy vehicles that don’t have a clean title. Obviously this vehicle was in an accident, and restored. I test drove the vehicle twice before deciding to buy it. I have to say there are a few quirks I have to work out of the system, but the engine and transmission is solid! With just over 100k miles this vehicle is by far one of the cleanest vehicles I have ever bought used, inside and out. I upgraded from an 03 Ford Ranger that had the 2.3L engine 5 speed manual. I wanted something automatic and with more HP. The Mountaineer doesn’t disappoint. For $4,500 I feel this vehicle was a smart purchase even if I have to put some time and money into fixing the weird quirks. I wish there was a way to submit pictures in this review to show just how clean this vehicle is. I would not hesitate on buying another one.

2000 Mercury Cougar review
I am 75 and have owned a lot of cars; my 1998 Lumina LTZ is in the shop for some major repairs. My Neighbor had this 2000 SE v6 cougar for sale. I love the car, I like everything about it, it is a bit noisy compared to the LTZ which is a very quite car, but that is okay. It is a really good road car or a great GT,, I just get settled in, set the cruse and cruse along. The gas millage is very good, better then the LTZ which has a 3.8 Buick V6. visibility is excellent, accessibility under the hood is excellent,. The power string on the Lumina LTZ is hidden next to the fire wall and you have to be careful not to burn your hand on a hot heater hose when checking the fluid level, it is not easy at all.! The 1998 Lumina LTZ was basely a 4 door Monte Carlo, so it is a Sport sedan. The quality of the Cougar is for superior then the LTZ and both cars sold for about the same price new. I am really surprised how GM/ Chevrolet would produce cars of lower quality then Ford/ Mercury of that period. Maby this was a Mercury standard, this is the first Mercury product I have owned. And I am very pleased. I would buy another Cougar, From what I can tell by my internet experiences these cars are popular in Europe, and they are easy to find online. Rob Gray

Large, comfortable, rides smooth, and isn’t terrible on gas for a V8. Only had it for a year but it was a great vehicle. Bought with 84k and sold at 92k without any major issues.

2008 Mercury Milan review
The only issues I have had with is vehicle are the interior door handles and a front wheel bearing. The bearing starting showing its age around 180k. I haven't changed the plugs, but the car still runs fine. Mechanically speaking, the car is worth the money, has not let me down yet. But I do keep the fluids changed the regular. I only abused it once, it does reach 120mph, but I do not reccomend this, it's not a sports car. Comfort wise, the seat padding goes soft after about 70k. No big deal.
