Merlex Auto Group review
Buying my car here was actually a really smooth experience. The team didn’t make things feel stressful or rushed. They worked with me, not against me, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I’m glad I chose this place and definitely a solid dealership.

Anthony Harvey helped us to buy a car we?d been searching for. My wife wanted a Ford Edge because it is the perfect size and style fit her. Anthony answered all our questions, explained some features, and let us take a test drive. When we decided we wanted the car, he made us very comfortable during the buying process. Hreat customer service!

2019 Audi S3 review
The S4 has more than enough performance as expected. Handling, comfort are all excellent. Adaptive cruise control has been improved over our other Audi, 2018 Q5. This was a pre-order and the price was about the same as a 2018. Very nice car, delivered with no discrepancies. First 3,000 miles have been trouble free. Dealer service, when needed has been excellent (routine checks only on a 2018 Q5).

2024 Honda Civic Type R review
It’s what was best of the 17-21 then add more refinement. The +r mode can pogo sometimes but not a big deal since can program all the +r features with the comfort or sport suspension under individual. Sound system is fantastic, interior ergonomics are fantastic, spacious, 320 miles per tank which is good for a performance hatchback, track performance in stock form is fantastic, can hang with cars it’s not got business hanging with.

BMW of Akron review
WOW! what a great experience, Rarely do I leave a review but couldn't resist this time. Truly a outstanding family affair experience. I met six professional minded individuals who treated me as I was one of their family. Started with my salesmen Marvin who took me from the get go then greeted me with his sales manager Alfonson upon my arrival. Met the President and many other dealership personnel with everyone was so pleasant. You heard me right Car buying made enjoyable. Oh the Car purchase, Porsche C4S Targa was under rated by the sales person as not a perfect used vehicle. He was wrong, the car is in the best shape car I have ever purchased. Zero scratches zero issues zero disappointment. I'm one very happy camper. This dealership rocks, I give then a 10 stars hands down. See for yourself, Tell then Brian sent you.
2025 Rolls-Royce Ghost review
Good evening, My name is Mike Shannon and I am a financial advisor for a top firm in North America. Recently, my daughter graduated from college so I decided to reward her for her hard work. She’s always said she wanted a Rolls Royce and Brandon G. did a fantastic job at making that happen. He was very patient and helpful when dealing with all the demands my daughter wanted with the car. While some requests simply weren’t possible, he went out of his way to make the ones that were happen. Brandon was very welcoming in conversation and gave good advice and side conversation to build rapport and made us feel comfortable with this purchase. Sabrina fell in love the moment she saw the car. Thank you Brandon, Mike and the Shannon family!

2022 GMC Sierra 1500 review
My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Ken Ganley Kia AllianceReviews
Ken Ganley Kia Alliance review
We had a great experience working with Jim at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance! From start to finish, Jim was extremely helpful, personable, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the entire process. He was never pushy or pressured us into making a decision, which made the entire car-buying experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. We were also trading in our truck, and Jim went above and beyond to make sure we received the best possible deal on our trade-in and new vehicle. He took the time to work with us, explore our options, and make sure everything worked out in our favor. What really stood out was that he was actually able to help us secure a better financing deal through Kia than what our own credit union was offering, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, Jim was professional, honest, patient, and easy to talk to. We never felt pressured or rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us make the best decision for our family. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle at Ken Ganley Kia in Alliance, I highly recommend asking for Jim. He truly made the entire process a positive experience!
