My wife and I just purchased two minis they took great care of us from start to end. We had our kids with us and they where very patient since we had a 3 year old boy with us that is a terrorist in any building. Will continue to business with them and recommend them to anyone. No matter what the issue is, Mini of Bedford is always there for me. The service advisor's are top notch, specifically Ed West. I don't know what I would do without him! Facility is always spotless and everyone is always so friendly!
My car was having trouble just before the holidays and Mark and his crew were able to get me in a loaner to make it home for Thanksgiving. That Friday they were in contact to with me to let me know they were doing all they can to get me in a new car, as I requested. When Mark found out that a latch in the console was broken, he immediately worked with the service team to fix the latch within 24 hours- incredible service! Had a great experience working with Gary on our purchase of a new CX-5. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he immediately put us at ease with his friendly demeanor and no pressure attitude. He listened to our preferences and was very patient with our many questions. He worked hard to get all the paperwork in order so the car would be ready quickly and kept us informed of his progress. I had jokingly asked for a big bow on the car, like you see in commercials, and on the day of pickup I was greeted with a big red bow on the windshield! This confirmed our opinion that Gary goes above and beyond and really cares about his customers, even after the sale is made. Before handing off the keys to us, he took the time to go over the many features of the car and never made us feel rushed. Overall this was one of the best experiences we've ever had and would highly recommend Gary and Lannan Mazda as the place to go for a car.
Great dealership. Worked with Charles Pithis to purchase a Golf . He was knowledgable and friendly. No high pressure sales at this dealership. Full transparency from start to finish. Other VW dealerships in Eastern MA were less friendly and kept switching the numbers around. Would highly recommend visiting this dealership. Kevin M

Tim Bishop helped me through the buying process and jumped on the phone with me whenever I needed to speak with him. Tim Pullo also stepped-in and really saved the day, as well. I truly haven't had an easier, less stressful experience with a dealer. I would recommend Tim Bishop to friends and family.
Tim is a nice salesperson, he is patient for helping customer the whole process, the only thing he can do better is to call back certain customer on time. Try not to let customer expecting the phone call too long.
Tim and Minteman helped my wife and I get into a beautiful certified pre owned golf tdi. Couldn???t be happier with the car. We were referred to Minuteman by a friend who recently purchased a car as well, and the service was worth the drive, as promised.
