If she was unable to provide an answer, she promptly returned to me. Sara kept me well-informed throughout the production and shipment process. On the day of delivery, Sara took her time to explain every aspect of the new car. To be honest, I was apprehensive about purchasing a new car due to my concerns about the potential for deceptive practices by some dealers. Friendly, helpful people from the start. They reached out, scheduled a test drive quickly and I wound up buying the car. The experience felt mildly 'sales-y' but not nearly what I have felt in the past. They let me know my options, worked to get to the number I was comfortable with and did not try to oversell the options at the end. My only complaint is they could have been the first to point out the minor damages to the windshield but for I noticed them during the test drive but it was clearly in the Carfax report they provided. Overall a good experience.

Everybody was very friendly and forthright. I traded in my 2020 MINI Countryman for a different used (2023) Countryman because I was ready for a change. I thought it was a fair exchange and a good price for the MINI I was buying. The car has been great!!! I do wish they accepted a wire for the purchase. They don?t ? you need to bring a check if you?re paying cash.
