My husband & I, both in our mid-seventies, recently purchased a 2025 Mini Cooper. Its technology systems are far, far more sophisticated than what was available on the 2016 Mini we traded in. When we saw that a software update was available we tried to figure out how to go about accomplishing that update, but found outselves stuck. We knew that if we headed to Mini of Montgomery we’d get some help with the update. We were lucky enough to be graciously & skillfully assisted by Jay Duck. With incredible patience, Jay walked us through how to accomplish the software update, pausing patiently while I jotted down notes so we’d know how to handle the next update. Jay also took the time to help us explore & understand other aspects of the new Mini’s impressive technology. We felt far more confident in our ability to use & enjoy our new car thanks to Jay’s thorough, thoughtful approach. My husband had purchased a mini cooper five years ago and we've enjoyed that car. When it came time for me to replace my VW Jetta we immediately decided to go back to Motorwerks. Stephanie was great in taking the time to visit with me prior to our visit in order to determine our needs. When there, she had both the Clubman and Countryman lined up together so we could really compare the two models. That was so helpful, as well as determining if I wanted to switch over to automatic. She took her time explaining everything clearly. I decided on the Clubman with manual transmission and it was ordered that day. Stephanie contacted me the following day to confirm the order, and she asked me if I wanted to consider ordering a covering over the trunk area; in talking with us the other day she thought it would be something we wanted to add. We thought that was very thoughtful, and we did add that feature. Stephanie kept us in the loop about our order and our car arrived as expected, with no delays. The whole process was so relaxed and Ryan was helpful with the financing. I've been driving my Clubman for less than a week but I'm really enjoying it. This dealership is smart in that they do give you the basic knowledge of operating the vehicle, and then in a couple weeks they recommend scheduling a visit to go over any operational questions you might still have, and at that time they fill up your tank and clean out your car. You can still contact them with questions at any time as well. We highly recommend buying from this dealership.
