I am so glad I took it to Mitsubishi. It was going to cost me 400 for 2 new lights but was only charged 40.00 because they actually checked the one i already had and found they were still goid. They had juat been put in wrong in wrong. So..thank you so much service dept. And Monica for keeping me informed
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Every since I stepped foot in MINI of San Diego I have been pleased with their service. During the time I was shopping for a car I had a not so great experience at a different dealership so I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked into MINI of San Diego however when I did I exhaled. Everyone was pleasant I didn't feel the hustle and bustle that I did from the previous dealership. Jay worked with me to get the car that I wanted and deserved. I recently wasn't sure if my MINI was ready for service so I stopped by MINI just to ask a few questions and found that it was time. Anthony took care of me and fit me right in. My MINI was serviced in no time and while I waited I enjoyed the lounging area and some nice cold water and made it to my gym class with time to spare. I'm never disappointed when I go to MINI no matter what the reason.

He knows my car, spends time to listen and to understand my needs or when I am in doubt with car problem, he explains so well that I know exactly what it needs to get fixed or simply just educate me to further understand how my MINI operates. Aaron Haji is the absolute best at what he does! I email and ask for help on parts or for basic service... And within minutes I get a response and a slot in the schedule. And getting a rental in 5 minutes could not be any easier. I rent my Mini out on RelayRides and because of the AMAZING work that this dealership does, I continue to get repeat renters!!! THANK YOU!!!
