First Mini Experience

I recently finalized a lease on a 2018 Mini Cooper S 4 door hardtop. This was my first experience with Mini, and I have nothing but good things to say about this experience. I was met by a salesperson named Ruby King, who from the start, made me feel like family. She was friendly, personable, helpful, and attentive throughout the whole process. Her knowledge of the product was outstanding, and you could tell she had a vested interest/loyalty to the brand. Whenever I go to a dealership, I ask the salesperson what type of vehicle they personally drive. When the salesperson, like Ruby in my case, informs me they drive the brand that they represent, it gives me confidence in the product. Ruby took the time to get to know me, my interest, and my needs. Based on this information, she pointed me in the right direction. There were more expensive models and options available which she could have pushed me to, but she did not. She directed me into what she believed I would be the most happy with...And I???m pleased that she did. In addition, Ruby followed up and ensured my understand of the product, and my satisfaction thereafter. In past purchasing experiences, I left feeling as though I was just another ???number??? or sale. This certainly wasn???t the case this time. I felt like my satisfaction was important to her. I can definitely see why many of Ruby???s customers turn into repeat customers, and I???m sure that I will be added to that list. I would definitely recommend Mini of Ramsey, and specifically Ruby, to friends, family, or anyone for that matter. This experience set a new standard for me, and I can only hope others get a chance to receive the same personalized, enjoyable experience that I did.
