Service response is excellent. However, customer parking is awful, making it very difficult to get into the dealership.

Car drives just great! Quick off the start, great passing oompth on the freeway. I just put the transmission into the sport mode and hang on! Fun to drive, great gas mileage, excellent warranty. And, the best dealership (Mini of Montgomery County ) I have ever dealt with.

I came here because my wife wanted a Mini and it was the closest dealer to where we live. Once we got here the sales staff were exceptional.

I began the search online and went to the dealership at the suggestion of Karen Fortune to see the car and consider putting down a deposit to hold the car. Karen was off that day. Steve Emerson stepped in and encouraged me to get a trade in value for my 2002 Jaquar. Steve counseled me in a a very professional, no nonsense manner. He worked with me in very clear, upfront terms. I was able to understand the options I had given all the variables. Steve made completing the deal easy. I left feeling that the Steve worked out a win for both me and the dealership. Karen made a point to stop by on her day off and check in. This was without a double the most pleasant, stress free automobile transaction I have ever experienced. Fun to drive. Handles the road with lots of power and great gas mileage. Trunk space is ok, but you have to be a good packer Good interior room for a small convertible .

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

When purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership > 100 miles away, there are many phone discussions prior to the actual visit. We got all of our questions answered and our priorities set 2 days before the visit to the dealership. Joe honored all of the conditions that we had discussed previously and provided an efficient car buying experience. We went from initial test drive to driving away in our new Volvo in ~ 3 hours. Also they adhered to current COVID restrictions throughout the dealership

This is my second Mini convertible, my previous one was a 2007... I also own a 2014 Mini Clubman. I just LOVE this car!! Super fun to drive and "dress up" with little customizations. I have the "S" model in an automatic now and, unfortunately, it's not as good on gas as my '07 manual was, but hey, it's a small price to pay for so much fun!

Prompt response to my interest. Was given several choices of a mini that fit my needs. Sam Hall, the salesman, was very helpful and put me in the car I love!

I love, love, love my new Cooper S convertible! She is paying for herself in compliments already. Literally everywhere I go, someone stops me and says "your car is so cute!" She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! I hope she and I have mini happy years together!!

i figured this nimble convertible would be fun, and it is, but it is also reliable. 72k miles, virtually nothing but regular maintenance to date. I love driving it, as evidenced by my mileage. Radio, A/C and instruments are very good. my overall experience has been great. shortcomings: blind spot with top down. car chugs and lurches if you engage it withot counting to 10 when starting. dealer says no fix available. upright windshield shows a lot of tiny stars.

It was a very dependable car! LOVED IT!!!! No problems with it at all! Would own another one! LOVED IT!!!! A lot of fun to drive!

No xm Sirius availability or Navigation screen or sensors on side mirrors for 2021 vehicle except that it's fine . I traveled on 95 S it was fine.

This car turns heads! I get looks constantly due to the sleek look and the sound of the turbo. Not to mention it comes with a snazzy media player that is easy to use. I will definitely be buying Mini brand again!

Jonathan and Mathew were outstanding from the Video they send immediately after reaching out to Suntrup Kia to the congrats photo we took ae we drove off of the lot 3 super short days after initial contact and one of those days was a Sunday when they are closed!!!! Six Stars even though not an option.

We usually purchase from Bommarito Honda, but my husband is the buyer...this my first time going solo. I reached out to an old friend, Micah, hoping that would deter any bs...he directed us to Tim O'Connell. Look. It has been two days and I'm still trying to wrap my head around it all. Like pinch me, I'm dreaming. Tim was patient and HONEST and took his time with us. She selected an upgraded car from the one she was looking at. When Tim passed the baton to Tyler in finance he brought it home!! Unmatched!!! She got an AMAZING deal, a car that will last her for yeeeaaaarrrs and the entire experience was just...phenomenal. I have my heart set on a trade-in next year and I know who my team is...wouldn't have it any other way!

It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.
