This is my first service experience with Mini of The Woodland for changing the break fluid and routin maintenance. To me, a two-hour wait for a routin maintenance is TOO LONG. Is it a standard practice?
Facility is clean and comfortable, but coffee machine is out of the order & snack bar is missing. I have been to other Mini dealerships, and I believe the one in The Woodland can use some improvement on their hospitality.
I needed routine service as well as a recall item repaired. From scheduling the appointment to receiving the car the customer service was tremendous. There were no surprises. The cost and time was as expected and agreed and I was able to wait comfortably while the repairs were done.. The dealership also assessed the entire car and gave me some options about other services I might want. I deferred these to a later date with no pressure from the customer service rep.
Billy is a very nice person and was extremely helpful in walking me through the whole process. Purchased a used 2015 Volkswagen Jetta in Jan 2016 and has been doing well so far. Would definitely recommend Omega Motors!
I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from this place and it was the best deal by far, the seller had explained to me that they purchase vehicles directly from leasing companies and pass on the savings. Long story short my car was a great deal and comes with a full factory warranty. The sales staff was very honest and I did not feel pressured into buying a vehicle.
Rob Comstock has been an excellent help to us in regards to our new car purchase (both of them). We are very pleased with our new Rav4. We cannot thank everyone at Gullo enough for helping us exchange the Prius we originally purchased (which it turned out was not the right car for us) for the Rav4. We went to Gullo because your on line customer service rating was four and a half stars. I am so glad we did. I'm not sure any other dealer would have been willing to exchange cars after purchase just to make a very short old lady feel comfortable and save while driving. I have responded to Toyota's survey and have let them know how great your dealership was to deal with.

Overall Ben found the car my wife wanted at a very good price. The only thing I was disappointed in was when taking delivery I found a small chip in the paint on the front bumper, no gas in car, and it was not detailed very well. I would have expected a show room quality car at delivery. This was not Bens fault it was his support staff. After they did a so so job of detailing it I would have thought they would have said somiabout the cio in the paint but no I had to find it. They say they are going to take care of it. We will see if they repaint it or just use the touch up paint.
I found the X5 online- called a salesman that my dad had purchased from previously that he had a lot of respect for. Kelly was knowledgeable, professional and very honest. As for me and my family- he's our guy.
Went in to the dealership as I saw a really great deal for a used car online. I worked with Shane Gee who was amazing. The process was a bit long but its because they were busy but the facility kept me, my wife, and my 5 year old son occupied. They had a play area for the kids and food and drinks while we waited. Overall the best car buying experience I've ever had.
Very impressed and satisfied with my recent purchase. From my first conversation over the phone I was treated with the utmost respect. They provided me with personalized purchase experience. Their prices are no-haggle but their vehicles are very clean. You deal with the same person start to finish, no hand-offs to different people. Small, family owned operation. Felt good buying a car from these guys.
