MINI of Montgomery CountyReviews
MINI of Montgomery County review
Brian Keener is amazing! I had the best car buying experience EVER at MINI of Montgomery County! Brian was personable, informative and a complete JOY to be around. I test drove a Mini CooperS convertible and was SOLD! Jeremiah Jones handled our financing and I walked away feeling like I spent a few hours with old friends! I've wanted a MINI Cooper for a while and after a year of living through a worldwide pandemic it was time to have some fun! If you are in the market for a MINI the team in Gaithersburg will take good care of you!!

Great experience! I was looking nationwide for a good deal, and I found it here. Sami was wonderful, fully dedicated from the beginning to the end of the process. I was able to negotiate the price for my trade in comparison to other dealers and websites. Edgar, the manager made the process very easy and less than two hours I was out of there. My 3 hours drive was definitely worth it.

I had a great experience with this dealer. Even though they were busy they never left me waiting and went out of there way to make it a speedy deal. Visited on a Friday, gave a down payment to hold the car and did the paperwork. Came back on Saturday and about a half hour I was driving away with my car!! These two guys went over and beyond!! Definitely recommend checking them out.

They offer good Ford F150 4x4 trucks. They offer full details on features. Unfortunately they only offer high mileage vehicles. 124k to 200K (too high). I am only interested in a Ford F150 2002-2003 4x4 with mileage not to exceed 60-80k max. I am a ready buyer with cash. ----- Robert LeBlanc

2020 MINI Convertible review
We bought a used 2020 Cooper S convertible in December 2022 with only 6,000 mile on the odometer. It is a blast to drive! Don't plan on taking passengers unless they are very small children or pets. Looking forward to warmer weather and many cruises although we did put the top down and took a spin in it on Christmas day.

Sean was so helpful when I was buying my 2011 Elantra, everything was straightforward and for a first time buyer like me, I’m glad he was the one to help me! I needed a part to my car before I could pick it up, and he expedited the part so I could Pick it up sooner! The car is in great condition and low mileage for a very good price. Will come here again if I have a car need, thank you Sean!

Woodbridge Public Auto Auction review
I can't say enough great things about Woodbridge Auto auction!! I love them they gave me the greatest deal ever my SUV I bought a Land Rover is excellent I just get stopped all the time by people telling me how beautiful my SUV is. Billy, Armando Gayton, Theo Kay, Cheryl and the entire are funny professional great considerate helpful and go over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that you're happy and you leave with nothing but smiles on your face! Theo thank for spending you 19 children's weeks lunch money getting me around when my. Lyft app kept messing up . When I hit the lottery chicken wings and tic tacs for everybody I promise! . Thank you for checking out my vehicle making sure that everything was running right that I had a car that was going to last me for years. It feels so good to be on the road again I just love being back on the road again this time I know I'm going to win cuz Woodbridge Auto auction helped me get back the road again if you looking for a great vehicle honestly that they're going to make sure that you got good condition I got low miles a fantastic price and a immaculate vehicle that look brand new inside and out! Make sure you go to Woodbridge Auto auction and tell him Cayenne sent you
2013 MINI Roadster review
My 2013 MINI Cooper John Cooper Works Roadster is absolutely a blast. The JCW package includes more power and better brakes and suspension for fun back roads blasting and autocross use. It's a little harsh for daily driving, however, as the JCW suspension is a little lower and stiffer. I also have ultra high performance run flats on it, as there's no room for a spare, and I don't want to wait around for a tow if I get a nail or something in a tire. When new, this was a $45k car, and a bit expensive for a MINI. But on the used market, they are a real performance and economy value. They do have a reputation for worse reliability than normal cars, but if you find a well taken care of example, the N18 powered JCW and S roadsters are actually quite robust. I hope to have this car for many fun filled years to come, and would recommend people looking at sports cars give them a chance.

CarMax Huntsville review
After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

Great service staff got my x7 in right away no appointment and although it was not able to be fixed while I waited because the problem was more in depth than expected they got the issue corrected in a day and even came in under their original quote. I will definitely be back to their service department and will buy my next bmw at the Annapolis location.

The service department of BMW of Annapolis was great to work with! They got me in fast, fixed my recall, checked an engine light (then fixed an issue that was, apparently, still under warranty [score!] --and even found something in one of my tires and fixed it). They also send a video of the car on a lift and explain things that way. I loved that feature! Thanks for great service, guys!

nnapolis BMW Service Center is great. I made an appointment for a routine maintenance check-up. Mr. Paul Abel performed my intake. He was friendly, respectful and efficient. When my car was ready I received a text that identified what was evaluated and the condition of major systems. The car was returned to me on time with a nice surprise - The car exterior had been washed and polished. The interior had been cleaned and detailed. I highly recommend BMW of Annapolis.

MINI of Towson review
I’ve had my new Mini Cooper JCW for about a week and have had a couple of very positive interactions with Mini of Towson - Sam Masters was a pleasure to work with throughout the purchase process and I had to have a tire repair(evil nail) today and Wayne and the service team were top notch. And I even snuck in a lesson on the parking assist function while I was there. Great customer experience overall.

Koons Toyota Of Westminster review
Joann Virgillo was absolutely amazing in every way professional and personal. I feel she worked as our advocate to identify what our needs and wants were as much as she represented the dealership. She is a no pressure salesperson that gave us time alone to think about the purchase. No hovering. Fastest car purchase I ever made. When we sell our other car we will be back here asking for JoAnn. I cannot say enough positive about her.
