We both had a wonderful experience at Mini Hawaii. Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He took the extra time to explain everything we needed to know about our new purchase. We highly recommend visiting Mini because they will take care of you.

We bought a 2023 Tahoe with about 9,000 miles on it. The dealership was honest and trustworthy, they made a promise and kept their word!!! I would and will use them again and encourage all my friends and family to do the same!!!

Auto Merchants Inc.Reviews
Auto Merchants Inc. review
I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

Excellent Headroom, Excellent Legroom for a six footer, Plenty of Power with the 3 Cylinder, Not much room for a mother-in-law in the back seat, that`s okay.

A very welcoming no pressure environment. Working with Patrick in sales makes you feel like family. Just so happens I think is BMW is the best on the market today, hopefully they will bring a full size pickup to compete in the near future.

Great overall experience with everyone I worked with to get my new Honda. Every part of the process was smooth.
2021 MINI Hardtop review
It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

Momentum MINI review
Araz was our saleswoman and she was awesome. I was coming from out of town and she went above and beyond to have everything done before my trip to Houston. She also did everything asked of her so that I had the chance to see the car basically in person without seeing it in person before making the decision to buy. She sent me real time videos of the entire car and let me hear and see engine as it was running. She made the sale happen. I highly recommend asking for her. She was kind and patient. Our finance guy Claude (I think) was wonderful too.

2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Mercedes-Benz of AustinReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Austin review
The process of buying a car can often be daunting, but Mercedes-Benz of Austin made it more of a luxury than a chore. From the moment I stepped in the door, everyone was so professional and kind. I felt no pressure while working with Stacey Olmstead. She went above and beyond to explain the features of the car I was interested in. Furthermore, she explicitly explained every step of the process as we progressed. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience while buying a car. I will be back when I’m in the market for another car.
