I traded a 2000 corvette in on my new 2008 corvette. I smelled gas when I left the dealership but figured it was a overfill kind of issue. Did not go away so after having the car checked on a lift we found the fuel tank had been leaking for awhile. That should have been obvious during the inspection process. I knew the car had a scratch on the drivers rear fender but found much more damage down low on rear quarter panel when we had it on the lift. Fuel issue is around $2000, and body damage was quoted at $1500. To $2000. To repair. I am not a happy customer. Jeffers
This was my third BMW from Ferman with salesman Robert Chodorowski . As before, Robert was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable about the newer car I bought. His expertise allowed a smooth transition in the trade in. Robert showed me several cars to choose from. He tried to sell me the car I would be happy with and he did. The finance end was expertly handled by Joe Cleaver my ex service agent. This process, although tedious with all the paperwork, was also done smoothly and efficiently by Mr. Cleaver. The final touches, familiarizing me with the vehicle after Robert's general comments was handled by one of the Geniuses, Stone who proceeded with a sort of question and answer orientation that was very comprehensive and satisfying. Overall, Ferman as usual, hit another home run in their dealing with me ! I would definitely buy yet another vehicle from them and would recommend them to friends.
Mary Jo was fantastic to work with. She met me at the dealership at 7:00 PM due to me not being able to leave work during the daytime. She had everything organized and ready for me to look over. The pricing of the car was by far the best I saw in my searching and they even accepted my car with a rebuilt title and 102,000 miles as a trade in and matched the CarMax purchase offer. The other dealerships I met with around Tampa were only willing to pay 1/3 what CarMax offered. While I was signing title and registration documents, Mary Jo went above and beyond by transferring over all of my belongings from my old car to my new car with impeccable detail. What's more, a small GPS chip not visible without knowing where it was. I called the next day and Mary Jo packaged it up and mailed it to me. My experience was void of smoke and mirrors, transparent, more than fair in terms of value and amenable to my needs. I will definitely consider repeating my experience with them when I purchase another vehicle.
Great car! I liked the sales representative, however financing was confusing. A "glitch in the BMW system" created unnecessary stress and compromised the process. I thought price and trade-in was fair. Dealership in general feels haughty compared to the Audi dealership I was working with in Clearwater. Reviews after 6 month ownership would be better to gauge Service Department and the post sale experience. This review is first impression. Hence, an average score. We'll see how the relationship progresses.
I had a great experience with Ferman BMW. I would recommend to anyone going to trade in their vehicle, to do their homework, and know what your car is worth. The purchase price was fair, and after a little "back and forth", my trade in value was fair. I give Ferman 5 STARS. I would recommend them to family and friends. Low pressure, great service....from Jack Dennis to Mickey Lambert to Scott Simpson to AJ Clarke...all treated me like I was a family member.
My advisor went above and beyond to remedy bad decisions and poor organization of the dealership. Had to wait weeks to get a loaner when I needed a AC repair... in Florida. I have worked with other advisors there and they pretty had the ???why are you bothering me???? Customer service attitude. At least they have one advisor that bows what customer service means
Enver made buying a car the best decision ever!! He was so patient and understanding with me during the process. He took the time to breakdown all important aspects of each car I was interested in, and even stayed far past closing time to finish out the deal!!! Been through this process more than once and this was by far the best!! Would recommend him and Crown Honda to all my friends and family!!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
