My three takeaways from this place is transparency, honesty and quality. As a car enthusiast, I found a particular vehicle here I was interested in, and I worked with Peyman Reisi, the manager of Cars Unlimited of Santa Ana and I had a great experience. From Peyman to his employees everyone was extremely courteous and helpful. They were prompt to answer any questions I had about the car prior to coming in. They provided me with a Carfax and Autocheck report upon arriving and gave me ample time to check the car out and even allowed me to take it out for a lengthy test drive. The staff was fully transparent about anything they knew about the car and also fully encouraged me to have it checked out by a mechanic or dealership of my choice if I wanted to, of course, at my cost. If there were any issues, Peyman and his team said they would work on getting it sorted out, or reimburse the cost prior to finalizing the deal. You have to remember, this is a used car dealership, not everything is going to be perfect, it isn't a new car, but they will strive to make sure they get you into a solid, reliable car. Not even a large franchise dealer can guarantee something won't go wrong a few weeks down the road, that is why Peyman stands by his cars and offers a warranty if things do happen or allow you to get it fully inspected prior to purchasing. The entire team here was not pushy nor did they use any of your typical sales pitch when I was viewing the car. They were very hands off from the moment I pulled into the parking lot and the moment I left with the car. They gave you just the right amount of attention without being overbearing and pushy on the sale, whether you buy a car or not, they will treat you the same way they'd want to be treated. I observed this with different customers they interacted with. They have a very good selection of cars, and if they don't have what you're looking for, they can help source it for you and have it fully checked out prior to you purchasing it. At the end of the day, use your due diligence when buying a used car, whether it's from a smaller dealership like this one or a large franchise one. Not every car will be perfect, but it is the actions and integrity of the dealership that will set it apart. This car meets all my needs. Handles very well, is good on gas, pick up is zippy and very responsive and stylish. Based on this car, I would definitely buy another Mini.

She is so fun to drive and it isn't even convertible weather yet lol. I ordered black on black and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetics and performance! A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Bought my 2015 last fall looks great drives great alot of fun . Faster than it looks . Not a extreme cold weather car . Handles great on snowy roads . I'm a bigger guy plenty of room . Would not want to sit behind me . I'd buy another

Jim Forbes was my salesman. Great salesman. He just showed us what we wanted to see, he was very friendly, not pushy at all. We negotiated a price that we felt was fair. He offered to hold the car in a garage until my daughters birthday so it would be a surprise. I have bought 6 or 7 cars in my life and this was the most enjoyable experience so far. TEN STARS!!

Bought a 2023 Mini Countryman ALL4 John Cooper Works Edition of the car, and received my order last summer. Simply put, the performance is AMAZING. Put it in Sport Mode (a minor inconvenience), and it becomes a force to be reckoned with, especially to those unaware of this car’s capabilities. It’s marketed as a Mini—SUV, and I think that’s a fair categorization. Still have plenty of room for passengers, groceries,!etc, without sacrificing much, if any, performance. My only complaints? Difficult/clumsy control mechanism to get into Sport Mode, no native Android support, and rear windows are awkwardly installed, and have been “properly aligned” with remainder of car, instead of giving the appearance of being aligned with front/rear windows. In summation, this car performs better than its competition (a 2L inline 4cylinder, lightly turbocharged/intercooled, AWD, pretty aesthetics, and lots of opportunities for upgrades, beyond 301HP, 331FT/LBS Torque, and you have a contender for “production car SLEEPER OF THE YEAR!”), like the other “hot hatches”. Everytime my wife or I drive it, we NOW take turns.(she was bitten by the Mini bug) driving it EVERYWHERE, from trips to work, to the grocery store, and vacation driving. You really have to drive a JCW in Sport Mode to appreciate what I’ve said. Anyhow, these are my impressions on this amazing little car. Worth every penny, not getting rid of or replacing it, anytime soon!

I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! My girlfriend was so impressed by how sincerely genuine the excellent service was that she is already planning to come back to CMD to purchase her next vehicle. Facts. Cheers fellas!

Car drives just great! Quick off the start, great passing oompth on the freeway. I just put the transmission into the sport mode and hang on! Fun to drive, great gas mileage, excellent warranty. And, the best dealership (Mini of Montgomery County ) I have ever dealt with.

It’s fun car to drive and the interior is beautiful. I have the Iconic model so there are lots of bells and whistles to get to know. Although the car is much smaller than my previous car it still offers a lot storage. It’s a 2022

The car has great style and great function. I have Bluetooth and Sirius radio. The leather upholstery is really impressive but as a musician, I really appreciate the Harmon Kardon stereo system. Amazing!

There’s some issues / delays happening when it comes to releasing the vehicle. But all well is done and everything is taking care of. Thats how “Jonny Alcantar” Sales representatives he is. He make sure that his customers have 100% very satisfied and very happy. He’s very understanding, patience, and he’s absolutely gave his time to reply all the calls and text messages too. I have only owned this vehicle for about seven months so far, but it is SO much fun to drive with the top down. The interior is a fun layout with buttons located in easy reach, and it's just a blast. I'm a large man - 6'1" and 275, and I still fit very nicely in it. Great leg room, surprisingly large trunk, and just fun! The only drawback I can see to this car is the visibility with the top up is awful. That said, the car is designed to be driven with the top down, so that makes sense!

Had to replace a few things but it is used and looks new it’s a 2012 bought 2 years ago, I run reg gas in it, And keep the oil changed, one thing I don’t like is where the cup holders located but I hope one day I can afford to buy another one it’s fun to drive

I love my Mini Cooper! 2013 base although base model very similar S same engine Dual sunroof on border diagnostics keyless entry 100 hundred secrets ! I’ve found most.! I haven’t up graded much I don’t buy rims. I don’t like silver. I Don’t like it doesn’t have hot cold gadge oh, you can check it on your diagnostics while driving. It does have child safety locks. Someone says it doesn’t it does as a matter fact you can set the exactly the way you want

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.
