2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Art started by asking us our non-negotiables and ‘nice to haves.’ Then he showed us the base models, let us get a feel for them, and then simply asked, “What are you missing? It kept the excitement when we saw the one that had everything we truly wanted and made the entire experience feel like he genuinely wanted us to find the right fit rather than focusing on just getting a sale. Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. Unfortunately due to a dealership rule, he could not sell this type of vehicle to me because I lived too far away. Most salespeople would then not talk to you. Not Mr. Rhum - he continued to assist by answering questions and letting me know where the make and model of the vehicle was available and at which dealership. I've already been to the parts department to buy a roof rack and they were very nice and helpful as well. If going to Toyota of Muncie ask for David Rhum, if you get 1/2 of the service and assistance that he gave us - you will already be at 100%.

I had driven 7 Jeep’s between NH and MA at 7 dealerships. Aristedes was the only person that really knew the Jeep; he was the only one to point out there are radio controls on the backside of the steering wheel. Aristedes no pressure knowledge about the vehicle approach makes him the best car shopping experience ever. When I heard Poulin was being Key I called looking to find out if I was going to want this new dealership...there were three things I wanted to know...is Aristedes still there? Cuz my car salesperson is more like a friend and I can still call and ask him anything. Is Jeremy there? Cuz when you can actually look forward to talking to your service guy he is something special. Do I still have Jill? My powerhouse technician that makes tossing my wheels around look easy (trust me the guys will tell you it’s not) and meticulous attention to detail makes my the customer side of getting your car serviced simple. I am 45 minutes away from them and I always take my Jeep back because I don’t want to deal with anyone else.

I just leased a new 2026 Palisade from Marhofer Hyundai of Green and couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future purchases. I drove just over an hour to them as I was looking at used Subaru Ascents and they had the best selection of them for the best prices. I was peering through some windows in the parking lot when I was promptly greeted by Audi Petty. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy at all. I told her why I was there and she went over all the Subaru options. She test drove each with me and went over all the features. She seemed to have such an understanding of what I wanted and what was most important to me so she suggested I try a used Palisade as well. I was stuck between which vehicle to select and she and her manager, Breanna showed me an easy side by side comparison with numbers included. Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn’t have that need to “manslain” everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. I was so pleasantly surprised and walked away with a brand new car that I love and that was within budget!

2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Bought the vehicle sight unseen. Salesman made the effort to take photos underneath the car, a video of the startup and gauges. My only complaint was there was zero wiggle room on the price. I made two offers and was denied both times. I may have seemed to eager and they maybe thought they didn’t have to. I have not seem the vehicle yet as it was shipped across country. 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I wanted to get a straight story on the economy on electric operation and gas miles per gallons. I measured my 2021 hybrid Pacifica. It takes 14kW-hrs of electrical energy to charge the battery. It will go about 30 miles with that charge. At $.25 a kilowatt hour it will cost $3.50 to charge the battery. Driving on just gas I get about 30 miles per gallon. Today that will cost about $5.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
Only 2 items that need to be addressed is the volume control the navigation system plus headlights are not good for night driving. As of December 2022 I drove all around the USA putting on 60,000 miles on my 2020 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid. Love and enjoyed driving this Great Product.

I found the best price on a Chevy Bolt with low miles. While the car wasn’t perfect, it was in good condition. The staff was friendly and attentive. Tony assisted us and made himself available by email and text, was very responsive and accommodating. No, they do not allow. Negotiation on their used car prices, but it wasn’t needed. The other reviews harping on that fact shoe the arrogance and entitlement some consumers have despite Their prices being more than fair. If a good product at a great price is delivered, why would you insult someone with a lower price? Have some respect. Only complaint was the cheap tires they put on the car. Horrible. But I expected a corner or two to be cut for the price I paid and for home delivery.
