An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic Touring at Honda of Tomball in November of 2019. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life and this was the best auto transaction that I have ever experienced. We have owned six Honda’s including recently purchasing a 2018 CRV at John Eagle Honda last December just before Honda of Tomball opened (for tax purposes we could not wait). John Eagle Honda’s cars have built in profit with ridiculous dealer added options such as “nitrogen filled tires” and a “theft tracking device” totaling $2000 of dealer added items a $995 destination charge. I sure wish Honda of Tomball would have been open last December as they PLAY NONE OF THESE GAMES AND CHARGE NONE OF THESE FEE’S. They added $150 to the car. Thats it. They didn’t even charge for the window tint or wheel locks. We negotiated a fantastic price VIA TEXT MESSAGE - 0 Hassle. We then negotiated a fantastic interest rate. I had a very professional team assigned to me consisting of Dustin Riley - Sales, Joshua Foust - Sales Mgr, Steve Stromatt - Finance and Zach Barra - Finance Mgr. I have been purchasing vehicles for 35 years and Honda of Tomball is the best that I have ever dealt with. I will buy all of our future Honda’s from them.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Everyone was very patient and honest during the whole process. Very transparent about financing throughout the whole process. Doug personally came to my house to deliver the vehicle. Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

I was met at the door and told the salesman what I wanted. The sales staff was attentive and showed me the available cars and they had one in the color my wife wanted. The pricing close to what I expected and we agreed on the price. The finance/ closer was very helpful and the process went very quickly.

We came in to see Brett since he helped us wit a prior purchase. Phillip greeted us kindly at the door and connected us with Chase who ultimately sold me my vehicle. He was sharp, patient, and informative. He answered my questions with transparency and made me feel comfortable sharing my concerns. I really appreciate him working with both his GM and GSM to get me a fair deal that I was comfortable with. Brandon in finance really took the time to explain everything and even gave me alternatives to decide on what loan worked best for me. Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

Just had my windows tinted, fast and nice job. Having a problem getting the garage door system to work but they are trying to help with that. Nice truck and I would highly recommend!!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I had a great experience at the Mercedes dealership recently and wanted to share my appreciation. My salesperson was incredibly helpful, always available during business hours, and even went above and beyond after hours to make sure I was completely satisfied. That level of dedication really stood out to me. The entire location was very welcoming and hospitable to both me and my family. On the day I picked up my car, they happened to have a buffet available for everyone. I?m not sure if it was planned or just perfect timing, but it truly made the day feel extra special like they were celebrating with me! After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

November 07, 2024 I had an incredible experience with my salesman, Henry Reece, at Gillman Honda. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the price of my new car — a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport — and the value of my trade-in. I can be a demanding customer. I was thrilled with the all-electric vehicle that I traded in, which put me in a position of strength since I didn't need a new car. However, my curiosity about hybrid cars led me to explore this option due to the limitations of electric vehicles in Texas. After spending 20 years in California, where electric cars are standard, I found that Texas is lagging in electric car charging stations. Initially, I intended to look for a 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport since it was the end of the year, and dealerships typically offer great discounts on last year's models. To my surprise, Henry did not hear my request for a 2024 model and instead had me test drive the 2025 Accord. Initially, I thought I would have to go to my other nearby Honda dealership with a 2024 model available at a great price. However, Henry managed to secure a discount on the 2025 Accord that was only about $200 more than the 2024 model. Why not choose the newer option? Henry also worked hard to match the trade-in value offered by another dealership and negotiated the price until it fell within my comfortable range. Ultimately, I paid around $15,000 for the car, making it an excellent deal. There was a slight hiccup in the finance department; I found it strange that with so many employees around, none were assisting customers. Fortunately, a manager noticed I had been waiting for about 30 minutes and promptly offered to help me. He was very friendly and ensured I was cared for immediately, which he did! The finance person I worked with was outstanding; he was efficient and knowledgeable without applying heavy sales pitches for extra items. I didn't want any add-ons since I knew my credit score was in the top 6% of Americans, so my creditworthiness was not a concern. The only issue was the wait to be attended to, but everything went perfectly once I had the manager's attention. Overall, my experience at Gillman Honda was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier. They provided everything I wanted. Despite being a demanding customer, price is always my bottom line. I usually pay cash, but I've learned that financing can help boost my credit score. I typically pay off any loan within 3 to 6 months, which raises my score from an already impressive 836 to even higher levels. I am thrilled and satisfied with my beautiful new car, which I purchased at a great price with excellent customer service. I genuinely appreciate Henry for being patient with me during the process. Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

We just purchased a used Nissan Truck from Honda of Tomball. The buying process was straight forward. Our sales woman Ronda and her manager Zach did a great job. The pricing was transparent and process was efficient. We had a great experience with them. The day before my son had to walk out of another dealer after a several hour fruitless negotiation, so the great experience at Honda of Tomball made this first time car buyer's experience so much better and he learned some great life lessons.

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.
