2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

Len Stoler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
The Service Center That Prioritizes Your Safety, Not Your Wallet. This Car Care Service Facility in Westminster are an absolute credit to the car care business in the state of Maryland. Thank you for an unforgettable honesty, transparency and care. What I experienced at your location was completely beyond anything I have ever encountered. Len Stoler is a beautiful "land lost in time." In a world where customer service has vanished, your dealership is a rare car service land that feels completely unique because people simply do not treat customers with this level of care anymore. Foremost and ultimately, I want to recognize Mike Porter, Commercial Service Manager. Exceptional customer service and genuine kindness just ooze out of his pores and his entire being. I have never seen anyone quite like him. He makes you feel like family—like a brother, a father, or an uncle. It is clear that Mike truly leads that culture of exceptionalism at your location. That incredible warmth extends across the entire staff. I highly commend Jennifer, Mike Porter, as well as Jessica, and the two ladies at the front who sit next to each other and the exceptionally handsome male advisor who sits next to Jessica. I also want to praise the service advisor at the front desk, and the gentlemen out in the bay who greet you the moment you pull up. Your team had no idea who I was. They didn't know me from anyone, and they had no idea what my professional credentials were. Yet, they treated me like absolute royalty. From the moment I arrived, I have never felt so genuinely welcomed. In a world where it is rare to feel genuinely seen, your team saw me for the person I am, completely looking past the color of my skin. The kindness and thoughtfulness of your staff were mind-boggling and almost unreal. You have built a culture that goes far beyond typical car service—it is a culture of true human decency and care. I highly recommend all nurses, healthcare providers take your car here for all service.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Impex Chevrolet GMC review
I was very pleased with my experience with Impex Chevrolet. I found the vehicle on line and was able to put a down payment on it also on line. I made arrangements to drive 3 hours to the dealership from my home in Virginia, and met with Marqus Brooks, the salesman handling my sale. He was very courteous and professional. He was able to explain different options available to me regarding extended warranty, and assisted in completing the sale. Since I didn’t have a trade in, I was able to put a sizable down payment and financed the balance. The truck was freshly washed, and had a full tank of gas. I appreciated doing business with them, and would do it again in the future.

Alec was phenomenal. He made us feel comfortable and did a great job going over our options and highlighting the differences in features. My son is getting his first new car and I couldn’t have picked a better sales rep to walk him through the experience. I would definitely choose Alec and Heritage Honda Bel Air again the next time we’re in the market for a vehicle.

Heritage Volkswagen Parkville review
After speaking with Charles Wicks and reviewing my options online, I went to Heritage Volkswagen still not sure if I would make a purchase. Once I arrived and sat down with Melissa Cole, I knew I was purchasing a new car that day, which I did. I bought the 2024 Tiguan and she took the time to show me the features of the car and even set some things up while I was finishing my paperwork with Harrison Faecher, who made sure I understood all of the numbers before signing. Thank you Melissa, Charles and Harrison for the wonderful service!!!

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Shively Motors Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Shippensburg review
We have been a returning customer to Shivley’s Motors for 10 years. We keep coming back because we love how we are treated and the service is excellent.
2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
For starters, let me just say that I primarily like the van. It's good looking and the Uconnect system is better than previous iterations. However, what gripes me on a major level is the lack of a shifter. The know thing is ridiculous! There is no way to select a lower gear (other than first) when needing engine braking. Just smoke the heck out of the brakes, I guess... No way to downshift when needing more engine torque. You have to just mash the laggy throttle and wait until the computer decides to allow you to do so. Which leads me to my second major gripe. Who is driving? Me, or some integrated circuit? Well If I go too fast, I get the ticket, not the computer ganglia under the dash. So yeah, IM DRIVING. Let me drive and stop second guessing my every input. Lagging throttle. Delayed gear changes and upshifts into pointless high gears at low speeds. Inability to select a gear range manually. My third gripe is: The stalling! Darn thing just dies every time I stop at a red light or stop sign. Sure I can turn it off, but it turns itself right back on again. (Again, I am the driver. Stop overriding my decisions. ) Who made the deal with some starter manufacturer for that cockamamie crap? Its got to be bad on the starter to have to keep restarting at every stop. Maddening! My last point is in general for ALL automakers... Humans have legs! We need space for them when sitting in back seats! Little humans pointlessly kick things with their spazzy little legs. Maybe add about 12 to 18 more inches (per row of passenger seating) in your design phase for limbs that 99٪ of vehicular occupants posess. Believe me, there is room on the roads for minivans that could be 2 to 3 feet longer. Parents will thank you. Rear seat passengers will thank you. Oh and there's this... " ding, ding, ding, ding,... bing bong, bing bong, ... buzzzzzz.." STOP IT! Every darn thing makes a dinger or bingbonger go off! 2018 Pacifica... Needs: Room for actual humans in back. A real gearshift and MANUAL SHIFTING ability. How about a real manual transmission. With a clutch pedal and 5 speed manual? And the REAR VENT WINDOWS THAT OPEN!!! Kids fart. A lot! We all want the rear vent windows back! Does NOT need: Any more computer garbage trying to override the actual driver. More speeds in some trashy automatic slushbox excuse for a transmission.

Bob Bell Chevrolet review
I have a major engine overhaul done on my Colorado. They did a fantastic job. It runs great. I have a little problem when I receive my truck back and the service director and the service manager gave me a loaner car. They worked on my truck. They did everything right I was very pleased with everything. They corrected everything in a very timely manner and a very professional manner I would definitely support Bob Bill keep up the good work, gentlemen and ladies.
