Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

I'm presently working with Service Advisor, Antonio Palmer and he has been excellent thus far. I'm having a problem with the Car Radio. He understands the business of Customer Service.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I went with my mother to buy her a preowned vehicle, we were there the day before and had really liked the Honda Accord. So as we arrived we were greeted by a sales associate, Bill Reid. Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Beth was extremely helpful during my visit. She answered my questions and explained exactly what was being done to my car. Beth was pleasant and professional. When she needed to speak to me she called me over and spoke to me privately. I always am happy to be greeted by a pleasant staff member. Thanks Beth!

I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

I was on a hunt for a car for my daughter who just got her license. After a very long day at several different car dealerships I finally landed where I should have started!! Right off the jump they were good in my book. I was able to walk the lot and look with my sister in law and was not harassed, yet greeted by the winder man named Erick. He introduced himself answered a few questions then let us be!!! Once I found what I liked I spoke with Erick about options and things- i came back the next day to meet Dan, cause Erick was off, and Dan provided me with absolute superb customer service. I am a manager myself in my career like Dan, he was super busy, being pulled in every direction, but he handled everything with class and never seemed overwhelmed or made anyone wait. Dan tha. Introduced me to George who helped me along with the process. Overall this place actually made me hate car dealerships a lot less. Thanks to Erick, Dan, George and even Mike!! Thank you all for a great experience. My daughter is over the moon with her new car and I can sit easy knowing she is in a safe and reliable car. This place, and those men are the best!! This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I love this company! We had the absolute worst experience ever from a competitor of theirs. I called up Joe Bruno for advice as I was completely unsure what could be done. Long story short? They took on all the problems as if they were the cause of it even though it was a different dealer. They fixed all theb problems and convinced this client to use their service department rather than the service dept where we got the car even though that dealer have so called free oil changes. I'd much rather have honesty that I pay for then a lie that is supposed to be free but boy did that company find a way to make money on your do called free oil changes. Princeton is honest, thorough and polite. I won't go anywhere else. Everyone there was just as professional as the next. Why go anywhere else?

This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

Very pleasant experience buying my pre-owned Taurus

15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Bought a Used Honda from them. Test drove, did a trade in. Lots of forms and quality stuff. Good price, typical car dealer sleight of hand, but I think we got a great deal on a good car. It was not detailed very well (2014 model) or it was so dirty detailing didn't help. We will use the heck out of it, so no matter. Dave was very nice to us. Not email savvy.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

My Honda was towed into this dealership for repairs. My service representative was Alex Bradly. She was totally professional and handled all of my concerns quickly and efficiently. She was in contact with me at all times and my car repair was completed quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership for Honda repairs. Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

After driving my Pacifica Pinnacle for more than a year I must confess it is the best vehicle I have ever owned. The power and feel of this on the road is amazing and both interior and exterior has gotten so much compliments. Not to mention the fantastic gas savings running around town in EV.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

This is our fourth and couldn't think of riding in anything other. Have spent ZERO on anything other than normal maintenance. Oil change, Tires, Battery. Love HONDA!
