North Coast Mitsubishi Bedford review
I went into Northcoast Mitsubishi Bedford not knowing what to expect. I did some looking at cars online and found a couple that I liked. We'll once inside Renee introduced herself and instantly put me at ease. I have only bought twice from a dealership lifetime so I'm not a pro. Renee and I talked and we came across a couple of possible cars. She dropped the first set of keys and said to head out on a test drive. Show your wife, hit the highway, whatever. 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I love that this vehicle is a suv but in a smaller more sporty vehicle. So far I have enjoyed all the bells and whistles of this vehicle.

2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross review
I just bought his car in June. Unfortunately for me someone hit my right front fender and it was in the body shop for 3 weeks. I love the comfort and how intuitive the interior is. Things are just in the right place. For me the 2020 is the perfect size. I had a DodgeJourney that just didn’t fit int my carport. I can pull this int the parking spot and have plenty of room. I do believe this is the favorite car I have ever bought and it looks sweet.

I was pleased with the overall process of purchasing my vehicle, the only issue I had with the entire process was that I ask if the vehicle could be delivered, my salesperson said that it would not be an issue. I waited and I never heard anything from my salesperson until I reached out. I was told that he had gotten really busy with another customer and he couldn?t fulfill my request which he said he would take care of. I understands sales, I also understand customer service. You take care of the customer that has already made a purchase, that?s how you get repeat customers. I will be calling to speak to the Sales Manager to encourage him to make sure that they train their sales people to take care of the customer that has already made a purchase with you instead of taking on another customer and not fulfilling an agreement that you said you would. I?d rather he just told me that the vehicle couldn?t be delivered.
