I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

Great first brand new car. I have seen these with 300k+ miles 2022 and 2023 miles. I got max loaded 2024 SEL or GT Premium Model. All wheel control is awesome in snow, I have seen people saying its better or even up to par with Subaru's symmetric AWD.

Feel like I got a great deal on a leftover 2024 Outlander SEL trim with the technology package. My only real complaint is that it could use a bit more power, off the line it’s ok, but when you need it the most it lags. They could swap this out for a more powerful engine or turbo. I definitely will most likely upgrade this to the PHEV model once’s it’s refreshed for 2026. Love the options, the Mi Pilot assist is very responsive and overall I feel safe in the vehicle. Mitsubishi deserves some love for this vehicle!!! So far no issues at all approaching 1600 miles driven.

Can’t beat Serramonte Ford’s Service Department for outstanding car and customer care. Service advisor Pamela Yeager and the team of technicians, especially Hung Le, are excellent. Serramonte Ford has kept my Ford Escape in great shape for more than a dozen years and tens of thousands of miles. I trust them to keep my Escape as safe, reliable and roadworthy as it was when it was new.

2023 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL BLACK EDITION. I bought mines brand new on Nov 2022. So far it had a recall for firmware update. As of now. Almost 15 k miles and no issues. I love all the features and was told ot doesn't have the issues its predecessor had. Mitsubishi invested millions in the 2023 models so hopefully I can get 200k or more miles out of it.

2023 outlander SE, now has 6500 miles on it. We bought it mostly because it was the best value, and a relative has one and recommended it. We love it, was concerned about power but it has plenty if not in the fuel saving mode..which got us 36mpg highway. Took awhile to get used to all the safety features, but in short they are great. We’ve used all seven seats a couple of times, the back two are ok for short trips, but that was expected. They fold away nicely. Paint was perfect, it’s some kind of white diamond, looks different depending on sunlight. There are a lot of sw driven options, could be confusing for older non-sw savvy folks. We have only used service for one issue, which turned out to be a user configurable issue (lane encroachment warning). It was working as designed, also the cruise control front vehicle avoidance was a pleasant surprise. Love this vehicle. We live on a pot hole filled dirt road, vehicle taking it well so far. It does have a stiff suspension, noticeable on our dirt road, but fine on paved roads. It is the all wheel drive version, we’ll see how it handles snow soon. Oh, ground clearance is decent, not too low. We do not have the on board guidance system, but can use apple play. Wife would have preferred this option. Another good surprise, it e-mails us notifications of warnings on the dash board, like “low tire pressure”. Cool. One last thing, we very seldom see another one on the road. Odd…this is a great vehicle.

I have had great experiences here. These great folks will bend over backwards to help. Salesman Woman Edith is great, Glen is the man. They came in on their day off to help me out because they knew I needed a car for work and brought it me! Mind you, pouring rain and late. That March 3, 2019. Thank Again for taking care of me.

Absolutely love my Mitsubishi Outlander SE. Beautiful Dimond Red and black leather Interior great ride S Active AWD The only down is the lack of horsepower but I didn't buy for a race car but for the warranty and dependability.

They were accommodating in allowing an independent mechanic to test the car I was looking at--a good sign. In the end we couldn't make a deal but I would try them again for a different car.

Dependable suv money can buy. The outlander sport drives awesome and the gas milage isn't bad for being an SUV. Would recommend this SUV for anyone looking for a new suv without breaking the bank.

This is my third outlander and love them all great mileage with 4 and pep as well The only thing I which it did was start out in ECO get close to 30 mpg and it holds my 150 lb dog with lots of room

Great comfortable ride. Great for trips under 25 miles, no gas needed. Preforms well on EV mode. I have been averaging around 32 mpg on trips 50-75 miles.

Love my red suv, 7 passenger, just the right size, not too big with many features, gps, blind spot, auto wipers, side mirrors go in when I lock the doors, well too many to list.

Friendly and helpful folks. Price was as advertised without haggling (and in my case, will priced), car I came in for was available for test drive at my appointment time, and paperwork for purchase was efficiently handled. Good experience at the sales level! As with all used cars I was a little concerned about the sales process, but in this case things were low pressure and seemingly free of sales gimmicks. Appreciated they didn't try to sell me 5 extras and tack on dealer fees. It all just kinda went to plan.

I love my Outlander Phev! I’ve had mine 2 1/2 years and have to fill up maybe 20 times. I do a lot of short trips around my town - driving kids here and there and running errands. I’ve had zero mechanical issues and have found this to be one of the most reliable cars I’ve ever owned. It also feels so luxurious on the inside!

traded my 2021 for a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport limited edition last month. I'm very happy with it. Mitsubishi has made some improvements. bigger screen, leather steering wheel and shifter. I like that I have heated seats and telescoping steering wheel now! and it's 4 wheel drive. helps when I go fishing. 😂 great gas mileage! just needs a little more power under the hood. but for the price and reliability it's very worth it. plus an amazing warranty!

The Mitsubishi Lancer is the best car to drive on the road. Especially, the 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer, for many reasons which we are going to be addressing today. There were many improvements added the car in 2008 from the past years that this car was built. The company made many drastic changes to the exterior, interior, as well as the engine. From the website Consumer Reports in an article called, “2008 Redesign Year” it says, “The 2008 Lancer redesign brought great improvements, including a decent ride and fairly agile handling.” This car is also great because of its dependability and will always get you from point A to point B. The Mitsubishi Lancer is the greatest car there is. The interior of the Mitsubishi Lancer comes with many great features including paddle shifters, quality cloth material, as well as a great sound system. The paddle shifters give the driver a feeling of driving an automatic car without having an actual automatic car. Autolist says, “Paddle shifters let drivers electrically shift their vehicle's automatic transmission. Rather than the traditional clutch pedal and gear-shift lever on a manual transmission, drivers with an automatic transmission simply pull on the paddle itself to manually change gears.” The paddle shifters gives the car a component that most cars do not have. The seats in the car are very supportive and comfortable which is always good for those long car rides with friends or family. The greatest thing about this car is the audio system. Mitubishi offered the 650-watt Rockford-Fosgate Premium Audio system which is said to be one of the best. The bass will shake the whole car and it is very clear even when turned up all the way. The controls for the radio as well as everything else is very easy to use. The only complaint I had was that it didn’t have an aux cord plug but my dad is tech savvy and was able to figure out a way for me to play my own tunes in the car. The interior of the car is just one of the many things that makes this car great. The exterior of the car is very unique due to many things. The spoiler on the back gives the car a very sporty feeling as well as a great place to sit when hanging with friends in the chipotle parking lot (something my friends and I did quite often in high school). The actual purpose of the spoiler besides making the car look cool is to 'spoil' unfavorable air movement across a body of a vehicle in motion. The cars front is described as having “an aggressive face” which my friends and I liked to call “the mean shark”. Motor Sports described the exterior of the car saying, “The GTS we spent the most time in appears downright edgy with its aggressive fascias, rear spoiler, and 18-inch rolling stock.” The “mean” face really does stand out to many people and draws many into buying this car. It does not look like any cars from other manufacturers. The Mitsubishi Lancer is a very reliable car with its great engine and gas mileage. Motor Trend says, “The Lancer's engine is smooth enough, although not as sweet sounding as the Honda's.” The sound of the engine gives the car some character. I have been aware that my engine may not be the smoothest but it does the job with also having a little farting sound to it. The gas mileage is around 30 miles per gallon which is great for a sporty car like the Lancer. Motor Trend also says, “It's a continuously variable transmission, aimed at enhancing performance and mileage over a conventional autobox.” The manufacturers of the Mitsubishi we're trying to better many things for buyers in the year 2008. This is why specifically the 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer is the best car & model there is. August 7th, 2017 is the day I go to start driving this car all by myself. The day anyone gets their license is one of the greatest times in our teenage years. Everyone dreams of driving a nice car when they first get their license, especially in my hometown, where many people got brand new Jeeps or BMWs but, I got to drive my sisters hand-me-down, a beat up 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer, and I instantly fell in love with driving the car. Although it wasn't the nicest, I was grateful to be getting my own car on my sixteenth birthday. The car went through many things with me my last two years of high school. The good times, which included jamming out with my friends, having my first boyfriend, as well as driving all the way to Ohio University and back with my best friend at the time at two in the morning our senior year. 1st time ever buying a car and not having buyers remorse. After researching Nissan Kicks I told Jay Sahar what I wanted and was willing to spend “out the door” price. He called me back the next day and said if you’re still in the market, I have your car. He picked me up from Bart in “my car”. It had all the safety features I required. Next up Tristan from Finance. I was paying cash but my wire xfer was a day late so I needed to put more than $2500 on my credit card. Tristan OK’d the extra $$ and I was on my way. I live in Oakland but traveling to Concord was well worth it. When I got home my son jumped for joy after seeing his new Nissan Kicks with the new car smell.

Before I bought this I was driving a BMW 330i xdrive great car. But I wanted something which much more room and reliable. I had this car about 10 years ago and loved it. It’s great on gas drive smooth wish the engine would have a little more power. The interior is super comfy but feels a bit outdated. I feel like for a 28k car called sport it should be a little more sporty. Like electric seats fr example. But other than that interior is great heated seat are great ! Driving is alright and overall all I’ll give it a 4 out of 5 !

This car is the best car to have as a first car. It's very reliable, performance is excellent, stylish, and size good enough for a mini road trip.
