I wanted to tell you, my whole experience from start to finish was professional and enjoyable. The Denali truck we purchased is exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for an excellent used automobile. In a world where we don’t always have the best experience in a car dealership, this was great. It is without hesitation that I would buy another car from Naranjo used Auto Sales. The general public perceives a car salesman to be the kind of guy you’d better watch out for when buying a used car. Mr. Pina, you’re definitely not in that category. My Denali Truck is absolutely beautiful and it passed inspection without a single comment. I got a competitive price on a certified vehicle; and every promise was met. I am more than pleased with the high-quality product and service I received from Naranjo Used Auto Sales.
I was looking for a used car and had been to other dealers, who had denied me. But since I had bought a used car from Mitsubishi a long time ago, I figured I would try them too. Though, I thought for sure they would turn me down too. To my surprise not only did they Not Turn Me Down but they got me approved for a new car. Not only that but the monthly payments were almost what I had been paying a month for my used car. I decided then and there that I wouldn't go any place else for a new or used car. I have never been sorry.
I had been looking for a long time for a used SUV that was a decent price,year, and mileage and Bakersfield Mitsubishi had it for me. From the getgo I called and made sure the car was there and they were nice enough to let me know about the car and were honest I totally recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used or new car they are great and so nice !!! This was My first car and it went well !
My car said it was time for oil so I came down to Bakersfield Acura. Luis was quick to greet me at the service area and see what I needed. He was very friendly and provided updates on my car and provided an overall estimated time for the work to be done. I???ve had my TLX for almost a year now. While waiting for my car, my salesman Mario, checked in with me and took some time to chat since we ran into eachother in the showroom.
I went in to have a spoiler put on my new car and the service advisor was very helpful. I was aware that it was going to take a few hours to install, so I was offered a shuttle back to my house and I gladly accepted. Then I was called with an update on my vehicle and that was very impressive, good customer service there.
Well we had our 1st oil change done on our new car, we brought it into the service department at Mazda and we waited about an hour. They really kept excellent communication with us, and we were out of there within an hour. We received a discount due to it being our 1st service, every little bit helps and we were just trilled to save a little money!!! They offered us coffee, a shuttle to go to lunch and it great customer service.
I'm 75 years old and have dealt with numerous Dealer's over the years. BMW of Bakersfield was exceptional. It was by far the the most pleasant experience I'VE ever had with an Auto dealership. From my Client Advisor, Mohsen Vaziri, who found exactly what I was looking for and followed through with every detail of the the transaction, to Thristen who was so patient with the old fart in explaining all the computer workings of my vehicle. Also to Parts Dept. Jesse Clemente, who took the time to locate the missing wheel lock key. And to Mgrs.Mike Rial and Cherif Guirguis who both spent time talking with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. The total experience was an absolute pleasure. It was past time for a service recently when my Sonata developed a bad rattle/clicking in the steering column. I set up the appointment for a few days later. The service rep was courteous and friendly and described two recent recalls that would solve my problem in a couple of hours of service time. He called me at home to tell me my battery was showing some signs of failing and asked me if I would like to replace it. I did. My car was ready with a courtesy wash and no more rattle in the steering. It was a very pleasant experience as always with your service center.
This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.
I went to pick up my touch up paint from parts and ended up ordering all weather floor mats as well. A man named Javier helped me out and I got a discount for being a new customer, that was nice and saved me some money!!
