Karen & Geoff! They both went way beyond an average or even exceptional experience. Karen is always so helpful and even though she was off the clock and had a personal appointment she still walked me to my car to help me with an issue. She then got a team (literally) to help me with a tech issue and an issue with a part that needed to be attached after the airbag was replaced. Geoff would not give up helping me pair my phone and look for the audio aux input. Just wanted to leave a review about my experience with Main Line and dealing with my salesman Adam Corenzwit, from the min he got back in touch with me, and that was right away he walked me Thur the deal step by step and answered all my questions with honesty and integrity, I never in my life have dealt with such an upfront and sincere straight forward salesman as I did in Adam even when I had doubts about moving forward he told me even if you don’t buy the car from us make sure you buy a car with these options because if will hurt in the long run, I asked him why he told me this even know I wasn’t going to move forward with the car they where selling, and he told me once you drive this car it’s not going to be your first of many of them your going to buy so even know it didn’t work out this time hope to do business with you in the future, it’s all about building relationships that’s what sets Main Line apart from the rest, he wasn’t kidding this guy answered my texts on the weekends when he was off and at night because of my hectic work schedule, if I can give him 6 Stars I would have, hands down the best experience buying a car I ever had from start to finish it was smooth and never once pushy like other dealerships and even called me after I left with the car and told me my phone is always on if you have any questions or problems you want to address I’m always a phone call away, he offered to stay late if I couldn’t make it on time to pick Up the car, offered to come in to meet me on his day off, guy is a all around great guy felt like I did 10 deals with him look forward to dealing with him on my next one, I even wanted to buy a car cover after I left and he sent me the link and told me exactly what one to order it’s the all around experience for me that set main line and Adam apart from the rest and I have a Porsche dealership 8 mins from my house and when with them instead and I’m happy I did.

Went to look at an 02 Porsche 911. Been looking around a while to find this generation/style of the 911. Came across a this particular car on the Internet. I knew it had to be somewhat decent of a car if Porsche of the Main Line had it on their lot. Made an appointment with the sales rep Brett Hagen to see the car. Brett was an amazing. He was upfront and honest with a few details about the car that needed repairing. We went out on a test drive and I was hooked! We negotiated a deal including service to get the car up to spec. The car was then handed over to a phenomenal tech named Christopher Wise. Not only did he expertly fix all the issues with the vehicle. He went above and beyond fixing other details of the car that were not part of the deal. By the time he was done, the car was near perfect, especially for its age. Brett and Chris made my Porsche buying experience great. My 911 was by far the least expensive Porsche they had on the lot. (I was surrounded by dreamy $100k - $200k Porsches and Lamborghinis) Brett, Chris, and the rest of the dealership treated me as if I was purchasing a new car. Not one single detail was missed from the buying experience. I would highly recommend Brett and Porsche of the Main Line to anybody looking for a new or used dream car.

Outstanding Service from Dave Zarzycki and Team My daughter and I were visiting West Chester, PA over Memorial Day weekend for a tournament when my check engine light suddenly came on. As we’re from out of town (Virginia), I was extremely anxious about the situation—especially with my little girl in tow and no plans to extend our stay. I knew I needed the issue checked right away before we could safely drive home. I brought my van to David Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Glen Mills, PA, and was incredibly fortunate to be assisted by Dave Zarzycki. Despite the busy holiday weekend, Dave went above and beyond to help. I dropped the van off in the morning, and by late afternoon, Dave called to let me know it was all taken care of—safe and ready for our drive home. Huge thanks also to the technician who worked on the van—Tech ID: 995—for diagnosing and fixing the issue so quickly and efficiently. I didn’t catch his name, but I’m very grateful for his work behind the scenes. Most shops wouldn’t even accept walk-ins during a holiday weekend, let alone prioritize them, but this team made it happen. I’m truly thankful for the care, professionalism, and exceptional service I received. It has the towing capacity I needed for the rv i have and the one i plan to get. I had gm for 40 years. But i must admit i like the interior design of this truck better. More room. More storage. And a double panel sunroof to boot. The sales process was both friendly and professional. They are nice. They are competent They have product At least worth a look.
