Several friends and family members have owned and still own a Subaru, and the quality and safety have been amazing. My father was in an accident while swerving to miss a deer. We believe the airbags under the steering wheel are the reason he sustained only minor injuries. We are very thankful and trust Subura. My older sister's first car was a Subaru, and her second one as well. My aunt's father was a Subaru mechanic for many years. She grew up driving Subarus. When she had children, they all drove Subarus. and still do to this day. Plus, we have found a WONDERFUL Subaru salesperson who we bought our first and second Subaru from and won't use anyone else. We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

We had lots of questions and went several rounds on pricing different options. The whole team made us feel important and were very willing to keep running different financial scenarios and answer all our questions.

Love the car. More than enough power Very good mileage, roomy and comfortable seats. My only problem is getting into Google maps for navigation. That's the reason for the four star for the interior.

Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

I know how dealerships usually work, and how salesman are. But I went in knowing what I wanted. Hieu was amazing and I appreciate him making the process smooth and fast. 10/10 experience from him. Just some advice. Go in knowing what you want and figure out what the out the door price is, before you let them know if your financing/buying or have trade ins. This location seems very reasonable. Highly recommend.

My 2nd Subaru, quiet and roomy. I am 6'2" and this is the first car with the leg room and interior height where I do not feel cramped. Just the perfect size vehicle for my wife and I for getting around. Smooth ride and excellent handling. Visibility from the drivers seat is outstanding, The surround vision on our Touring model is very helpful for getting into tight parking and judging distances to objects in front or behind us. The ability to switch the review mirror from Mirror to Camera Mode for viewing objects beneath the hatchback window. The remote start with climate set has spoiled us for getting into a cold car in the winter or unbearably hot in summer. The information main screen was intimidating at first, but after a month we are quite comfortable with it. The menus at first seemed overwhelming but we quickly learned that once they are setup to our needs, they do not have to be accessed again, especially with the facial recognition making the comfort settings when either one of us sit in the drivers seat. My biggest complaint so far, is that if you turn off the engine start/stop function , you are reminded every time you start the car that it is indeed off and to confirm by pressing the confirm button on the screen. Very annoying. other than that we are very happy with the 2026 Forester Touring.

Outstanding vehicle. Quiet, dependable, comfortable. Acceptable power and economy. Pity the turbo is no longer available. This is our fourth Subie. No issues with any of them. Change the oil every six months and do the timing belt at 100K miles and it’s good for 200K plus.

The interior is well put together and the zero gravity seats are one of the most comfortable seats I’ve sat in. The 9 speed transmission is smooth and it doesn’t hunt for gears or at least it doesn’t feel like it, it’s that smooth. The v6 has plenty of power and the rear diff came with a factory locker. The camera has 360 view when parking tight spaces and there are plenty of telemetry gauges for pick from to display on the instrument cluster. The off-road gauges and wheel camera display to see where the tire is without getting out to study the trail is super helpful.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

LOVE everything about this car except for one issue. The "take a break" feature is a PAIN IN THE xxx and can't be shut off as far as I've found out.

We traded up to our 2025 Navigator from a BMW X7. Much more room in the Navigator and more amenities. We did sacrifice some fuel economy, but we expected there would be a difference. The 48" dash screen is awesome! We thought the X7 spoiled us, but this is even better! It is a bigger vehicle and drives/handles as such but not complaining.

The staff there is great! I Just seen to be a day late and dollar short in getting the Sorento we want?! But the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
