I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do. The massage chair is so worth it when you are in traffic or have long commute. This car is made for people who enjoy luxury but don’t want to pay for the high gas.

Routine service call. Staff I'd always very friendly. Saw another customer in need of a rental or ride home. They do not have that service.

I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

I bought a 2025 Chevy Colorado LT about a month ago. I absolutely LOVE it. The ride is very comfortable and more like a car than a truck. I got the 2.7L Turbo engine and so the performance is impeccable. The 360 camera system is WONDERFUL. The auto brake has saved my bacon twice now and I LOVE that. At first was not crazy about the "Sunrise Orange" but have really grown to like it. There are a couple of things that are "inconvenient": 1) putting a trailer hitch on it is quite pricy ($600) because you have to remove the bumper to install it, it's a truck, fit it stock with a receiver, 2) the rear window is manual (maybe I got a lower model but can't really use it by myself. These are all minor to me and I would recommend it as highly as you can possibly recommend it.

SALES REVIEW - HIGHLY RECOMMEND: After several failed calls with other dealerships in the area to find what we were looking for; we landed at GMC of Attleboro with Danny Jamgochian taking our call and answering all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. Danny was beyond helpful as we were purchasing two company vehicles that needed to be delivered to Nantucket. He always followed up with pertinent information [often on his 'day off'] with a zero-pressure attitude. We purchased our truck in January and so far it has been excellent. I see people complaining about the interior being plastic. Well, most ALL cars are plastic inside and outside. We're older and think the Z71 Interior is well designed for comfort. Not a fan of things being put into a display. Things light lights should be a knob or button something that can be used without messing with the display. Still the interior is well laid out for a truck, it is a truck after all. It is not a car but the inside of the Colorado is to us about as good as it gets for looks. The truck itself has run out well; I just completed a 500-mile oil and filter change. I hope the truck will last for a very long time at least 20 years. At my age I do not have many more purchases left in me so hope and pray it lasts. I honestly feel trucks and cars today are way way overpriced due the fact most of them barely last long enough to get off the lots. I see complaints about reliability every truck we looked at and we looked at every brand and read reviews before after 2 years deciding we decided to go with the Colorado. Why? Because all of them had huge issues so we picked hopefully the least issues. I bought and extended warranty so hopefully this covers all those issues reported. That being said, everything I have seen suggest that the 2026 the later built ones had most of those issues resolved if not all of them. We have had the truck now 3 weeks no issues so far. It is very comfortable to ride in, we have done on several longer distance trips, and it has been a wonderfully comfortable truck. The overall look of the truck is very nice; it looks like a beast and sporty We had several inches of snow here and the truck went through the snow and ice like it wasn't there, of course we were careful, but the truck did very well. The 2-wheel drive worked well, only needed 4 high when the snow was piled up waist high in the drive entrance. I can't think of a thing we dislike about the 2026 Colorado Z71 so far it has been brilliant!

I went for some routine car service and met Olivia. What a bright young woman she is. She was courteous and professional at a time when I needed it the most...With everything being computerized, there is almost no interaction anymore. I was thankful for her and her cheerful nature at a time when I was spending more money than I wanted to on a repair.

Great overall small SUV. Good styling, and a more truck feel than most small SUV's. Nice road feel. And good color selection. Definitely recommend this one.

Had a great experience! Did a lot of searching when I needed to replace my Sorrento and kept coming back to this cute little Soul at Putnam Chrysler. It was a great deal with low miles and looked great. It was in our driveway on the day after our test drive. Hats off to SteveZ for putting it all together and to Jason and Scott for their expertise. This is our 4th vehicle from this dealership (we’re not youngsters) and I’d recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle.
