2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

2026 Honda Ridgeline review
Ridgeline Black Edition, the top-of-the-line model, is a great light utility vehicle that also makes a great daily driver. As comfortable to drive as a car. Gets good gas mileage for a truck and has many outstanding safety features, which is why I bought it again after owning two. Next year is going to be a major upgrade. The current model does not have all the features of the Honda Pilot, which has the same engine. Upgraded stereo, heated and cooled seats, and a place to charge your phone without connecting with a cable. Electronics are somewhat confusing because they are layered. Really good view out the front and side. Only black interior. Locked trunk in bed. AC outlet in bed. Quick in acceleration, 0-60 in about six seconds if needed. Steering is somewhat heavy and not exactly as precise as my last model. Overall, this is my third, and I keep coming back because it works for me. AWD can tow 5000 lbs. The black edition comes in three colors: Black, White, and Sonic Gray Pearl, which I bought, and many have commented on. Would I buy again or wait till next year when a hybrid comes out? 2026 Toyota Camry review
My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

2026 Hyundai PALISADE review
I gave up my 2025 BMWx5 50e for the 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Hybrid. My friends thought it was to lower my notes or because we couldn’t afford the BMW. What they didn’t know was I had paid off the BMW. Reducing cost was not a factor. I fell in love with the Palisade about three years ago, but I kept waiting on the new body style. I finally went to see the new Palisade and the features were much better than what I remembered. I love the cameras to the left and right when you use your turn signals. I love actual knobs to adjust the ac unit. I love the roominess of the second row seats and their ability to recline. The massage function for the drivers seat is awesome. The ability to recharge vs nightly plugging in a hybrid is wonderful! I won’t go on and on, but I find myself smiling really hard and peaking out the door to look at it in my garage…lol! I don’t like how loud it starts off, not crazy about the big grill, I preferred my panoramic sunroof vs the two separate sunroofs, and I lost the safety net of run flat tires. But overall, I am very pleased with my first SIX days of ownership. I will keep you updated if anything changes.
