2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
I picked up the RS and I love it overall. There are just a few things I find annoying. First is there is no rear door exterior lock button like on my 2017 Cruze, it’s annoying to have to go to the front door and then to the rear door if I’m wanting to grab something. Second is the radio, my 2017 had 10 programmable stations and this only has 5, not to mention it seems to take forever to load the audio for sxm while it is instant on my older car. Third is the trunk wheel well, you are not even provided with a donut spare. I wanted to get a full size spare but the storage spot is too small and only a donut will fit. Fourth is how petty and cheap Chevrolet seems to have become, my owners manual is in a plastic ziplock bag, xxx is that? What happened to getting an organizer case to hold the manual and registration/insurance? I find that part to be pretty pathetic.

2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.

This is my first GMC and I absolutely love my Sierra 1500 Elevation. The 5.3L v8 is more than enough to pull my camper, I love the stylish interior and it is comfortable to drive. I also felt with the financing and discount specials this was a great deal.

2026 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I bought the AT 4 version. Loaded. Has good ground clearance. It's powered with a 3.0 l turbocharged diesel. Has lots of horsepower and torque. I've had no problem but I talked to my friend who's a certified mechanic and they're having a lot of problems with the engine blowing up at very low mileage. A lot of the time less than 15,000. Some of them have problems with the thrust bearings failing causing increased crankshaft play back and forth to the point where the timing chain and the rubber belt that runs the oil pump can fail. The engine has been described as grenading. They're basically self-destructs. There's a specific power code that indicates low oil pressure and allowed rattle sound before it finally fails. I heard that the engines were on back order, so if you're one of the unfortunates you can plan on waiting 10 or 12 weeks or longer to get your truck back. They have to remove the cab completely to swap motors. But overall I love the truck. It's a big improvement over the 2022 I just traded in.

AutoNation Honda West Knoxville review
I used cars.com buying service and was greeted by 3 dealerships but chose AutoNation Honda. The process of the service was very easy to use and understand. Salesman, Jamal Walters, reached out and made an appointment for Saturday, and Jamal was waiting when we showed up with the cars, we were interested ready to view. we took a test drive and started process of figures, then trade-in values. No waste of valuable time. Returned on Monday to consummate purchase. Brain our finance mgr., was also easy to deal with and tailored products what we needed. If you want a Honda, run to AutoNation and ask for Jamal!
2026 Honda Civic review
Positive Points Exceptional Fuel Efficiency: The hybrid powertrain delivers outstanding gas mileage, registering highly competitive figures for city and highway driving without the need to plug in.Engaging Handling: The car offers a dynamic and fun-to-drive experience, featuring sharp steering, a stable suspension, and excellent road grip.Spacious Cabin and Cargo: The interior provides ample room for passengers, and the trunk capacity—especially in the hatchback configuration—ensures high practicality for daily use.Solid Reliability and Safety: It maintains Honda's strong reputation for durability, backed by high crash-test ratings and a comprehensive suite of standard active safety systems.Intuitive Technology: The dashboard features a responsive, easy-to-use infotainment system paired with high-quality, tactile physical buttons for essential climate and audio controls.Negative Points Intrusive Cabin Noise: Wind and road noise are noticeably loud inside the cabin, particularly at highway speeds or when equipped with factory sports tires.Premium Pricing: The initial cost is noticeably higher than many of its direct competitors in the compact sedan and hatchback segment.Underpowered Base Powertrain: The standard non-hybrid engine feels slow, and the continuously variable transmission (CVT) can deliver a dull, uninspiring acceleration experience.Missing Basic Amenities: It lacks a physical spare tire—providing only a fix-a-flat repair kit—and lower trim levels are missing standard features expected at this price point.Stiff Seating on Long Drives: The front seats are firm and lack proper lumbar support, which can lead to physical discomfort during extended trips.

My experience with Bennie Barcroft was excellent. He answered all my questions quickly and put together a quote that was detailed and transparent. He was quick to answer follow-up questions and it was a pleasure to deal with him. I ended up not ordering a vehicle at this time due to high interest rates but will contact him first when I decide to do so.

2026 Buick Envista review
My 2026 Buick Envista is a delight to operate. I love the heated steering wheel and heated and cooling seats. The slick dash board is easy to read. The trunk lid has three choices for the distance the lid will rise when opened so I can set it to open safely in my garage. I like the blue stitching on the inside doors and seats. It matches perfectly with the Aquamarine Blue Metallic outside color. The ability to start the car from the outside is another favorite feature. The back seat passengers are comfortable. I thank the designers and give this new car 5 plus stars. I am very happy with my selection.

2026 Buick Envista review
I just bought a 2026 Envista Preferred on May 22, 2026 and it is the dream car that I always wanted. It's elegant, good on gas, nice and comfortable interiors and trunk and small enough to park. It feels like a strong car, just by opening the door. Really can't say anything negative about it. I think Buick out did themselves and the price was right!

Easy experience. Michael McGuiness is a fine salesman, giving me insights on the Civic I didn’t have. When the weather was threatening to turn bad the weekend I was coming to finalize the deal, they had a driver deliver my car to my work 190 miles away ! Now that’s service. My only complaint was no manual in glovebox, but if the dealership can’t find one, Honda will send one free. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
My name is Danny Lee. I am a currently serving Grayson BMW as a Service Advisor and will soon migrate to Grayson Genesis. It has come to my attention that Jordan Coleman has been newly designated as the Fixed Operations Director for Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I applaud this dealer for recognizing the unmistakable quality of the asset they now have on their team. I have known Jordan for the entirety of his decorated career in the automotive industry which spans over the last 15 years. We've done and run business together in numerous facets each with our client base as the focal point in every environment thus far. We were given sage advice early on by those wiser than us. "Take care of people, and the rest will follow" has been our mantra & will continue to be so long as we are in positions to serve our communities. I am eager to see the energy and drive that Jordan brings to the table through servant-leadership cascade outward toward his new team and all those who allow them to earn their business. I can confidently say that the culture there is about to receive a potent upgrade.

Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

2026 Honda Civic Si review
May be overpriced at all dealers so if you get one at MSRP you are lucky. Ride is not soft but it is a performance car….sort of. It’s kind of basic but that’s what I wanted. We shall see long term. Car handles curves great and mpg for what the car is is excellent. I love the posi front drive and transmission is excellent.

I was very pleased with the service I received .The service department was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I have always had a good experience with this service department.
2026 GMC Canyon review
This purchase was a replacement for 2022 Honda Ridgeline. While the Canyon is much stronger when talking about the motor it lacks some the little extra details like cabin and tail gate storage. This truck is a bit less stable on the road when it is windy and it definitely consumes more gas. But overall it is a great mid-level truck, feels strong and looks great

It seems to be everything I was hoping for in a new car! It has many comfort feathers as well as safety feathers as well as looking much richer than it actually is

Rice Buick - GMC delivered beyond our expectations! My husband and I little road trip (3+hrs) from Clarksville, TN in the middle of our recent winter snow/ice storm was well worth it. Corresponding with sales (Daniel) was spot on...very friendly, professional, and pleasant addressing my concerns and making time for me immediately!! New ownership sank in shortly after our initial text/conversation; photos were sent to me directly soon after clearing off the snow/wheeling it in to be detailed. All that for me, WOW!!! My 2024 GMC Yukon 4WD SLT (Luxury Package w/Ultimate 22" wheels), sterling metallic, mileage 5132 and that's unheard of is an ABSOLUTE BEAUTY! The entire purchasing process was swift and seamless. We were greeted by name with smiles by everyone upon entering the dealership, making us feel very comfortable like family. The entire team (from sales consultant to finance to product and delivery specialist) all valued me as a customer, thoroughly walking me through set up/familiarization of the premium infotainment system. Rice Buick - GMC - Winner, winner and I highly recommend them, 100% The Smart Choice!!!

Rusty Wallace Honda review
Landon Foster was a great salesman and made the buying process a pleasure. After so many negative buying experiences at other places, it was refreshing to find a salesman who wasn't pushy and has a good personality. I would buy from Landon again.
2026 Honda Ridgeline review
Ridgeline Black Edition, the top-of-the-line model, is a great light utility vehicle that also makes a great daily driver. As comfortable to drive as a car. Gets good gas mileage for a truck and has many outstanding safety features, which is why I bought it again after owning two. Next year is going to be a major upgrade. The current model does not have all the features of the Honda Pilot, which has the same engine. Upgraded stereo, heated and cooled seats, and a place to charge your phone without connecting with a cable. Electronics are somewhat confusing because they are layered. Really good view out the front and side. Only black interior. Locked trunk in bed. AC outlet in bed. Quick in acceleration, 0-60 in about six seconds if needed. Steering is somewhat heavy and not exactly as precise as my last model. Overall, this is my third, and I keep coming back because it works for me. AWD can tow 5000 lbs. The black edition comes in three colors: Black, White, and Sonic Gray Pearl, which I bought, and many have commented on. Would I buy again or wait till next year when a hybrid comes out? I needed the safety features now, and the first year of a new edition generally is not that reliable.

Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
We drove from Kentucky to purchase our daughter her first vehicle. Keith Russell was the best. We were in and out and on our way back to Kentucky all within a couple hours. The experience was wonderful and our daughter couldn’t be happier. We have purchased many new vehicles throughout the years and this by far was one of our best experiences. Keith was easy to deal with and easy to talk to, felt like we’d known him forever. We were beyond pleased with him and this dealership. We will highly recommend and plan on being back ourselves.
2026 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought a new Willys model 2 door. Got nearly 10k off at Brandon Tomes in McKinney. Best Jeep I’ve had so far, and I’ve owned quite a few, dating back to the eighties. Mine has the 2.0 turbo and the 8 speed automatic, and it is surprisingly quick. A bit of turbo lag, but it comes in early at about 3k rpm, and the torque is fantastic. Seems like a lotta folks still want the inline six, but after owning two, those engines are dogs. Also had two V6 models, a JK and JT, and this engine outperforms both. With proper maintenance, should last a good while, but we’ll see. The 8 speed has a great reputation, as does the Rubicon spec suspension. Overall, happy with this Jeep, would recommend.

2026 RAM 1500 review
I use trucks plow , haul and tow... I've owned Ford's and GM trucks as well. While the Ford were good, I've experienced that the longer durability wasn't equal to MOPAR.. I was a GM person for many years and they definitely are not an option for me any longer. The GM's I've owned seemed lighter duty, failed more often than Ford and MOPAR. This is my third MOPAR truck. The past 2 have been very reliable, 300K 259k both still on the road . My new 26 Ram only has 2500 miles on this new truck so I'm reluctant to give it an overall rate of 5 , things Ive experienced thus far.. Performance: The std in line 6 has plenty of punch to it. Milage : Around town I'm getting 21.5 recently took it on a 380 trip ,26.9 MPG although RAM still has issue with its on board MPG calculator it stated 27.9 an error of ~ 4.7% which some may think is picky , I say come on fix it! GM and Ford have it dialed in . Fix it MOPAR. Interiors is well thought out super quiet , seats are very comfortable so traveling long distances is a great experience. I still dislike that one cant order a 8 foot box on a 1500. We will see how this $78K holds up in terms of durability.. Value wise I'm totally unhappy with all brands 78K is just out of line. But then again , lots of folks buy trucks and use them for cars so when demand goes up so do prices. Value wise they out of sync with the customer
