We stopped by the dealership today to look at the 2024 Explorer. Gilman was the first person that approached us and showed us several new vehicles. He was very professional and knowledgeable with us. We were just looking but ended up purchasing a new vehicle from Gilman. Everyone in dealership was very nice and helpful. Great vehicle, great gas mileage, lots of leg room. The vehicle sits really higher than you expect which is nice due to being 6’5 and not feeling like your rolling out.

The salesman Josh was most helpful and showed us everything they had. I thought their prices were reasonable and they had some very low mileage 2019s. We later decided we needed to change what we were looking for from extended cabs to crew cabs so we did not end up buying from Whitten but were impressed with their salesman who was laid back, very informative and not high pressure.

I had the most enjoyable experience at this dealership. The staff was amazing and was not pushy AT ALL! Jessica Compton was awesome and took the time to help my wife and I find exactly what we wanted for our vehicle and we love our 2026 Trax. I highly recommend this dealership!

Overall, a great experience although I do believe 2 1/2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change is a little extreme but I get it. You don?t have a quick lube bay so it goes in line with the technicians.

Justin was very accommodating with videos of different vehicles. This was a remote purchased and he kept up to date throughout the process. He started shopping over a month before the purchase and Justin called periodically to check if I needed anything as we approached the delivery date.

Purchased a 2026 RS with all the Toys. Love the larger size. This is my 3rd Equinox and so far it is the best overall. The only thing I haven't figured out is the windshield display which the salesman also couldn't do. When I get a chance I will figure it out.
