Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky review
I stopped in to look at the Lexus NX hybrid SUV. I was able to test drive a car that day. I ended up purchasing my car, after ordering it in the exterior and interior colors that I preferred. I worked with Chris, who stayed in touch with me as my car arrived. He is professional and understood what I was looking for. I am pleased with my new car and have taken advantage of the free car washes twice!

Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky review
After doing a ton of research and cross-shopping we settled on a Lexus RX. I worked with Katie to put together a deal on an RX 350 Hybrid Premium Plus. Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky had great pricing out of the gate, but Katie’s knowledge of the lineup was unmatched. As a car person myself, it was nice to have a salesperson match my energy. Great dealer. Great people. Thank you Katie! Awesome experience.

Park Place Lexus Grapevine review
My sales associate, Brian Safianow , could not have been nicer. He was a great listener and quickly assessed my needs. Dealership manager, Gary Venner, was involved in the process. The entire process was painless, fun and Brian provided concierge level customer service. Additionally, the technology department came to my home to provide a thorough tutorial on the different features of the vehicle. I am very pleased with the car,its many features and that subliminal new car smell. Park Place Lexus Grapevine treats their customers like royalty! This is my third experience with them, and I highly recommend them for the personalized, professional and exceptional service that they provide.

Lexus of ClearwaterReviews
Lexus of Clearwater review
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Clearwater. My visit was not what I expected, so I replied to their survey the following day. My concern had to do with the service representative and not the service to my vehicle. A few days later, I received a call from their customer service representative who was very apologetic and explained that my issue was addressed should not occur again. As a Lexus customer I was very pleased and impressed by the immediate actions taken by their customer service representative. No one is perfect and know people have bad days, regardless I was very satisfied how Lexus handled my issue. I respect the fact that they dealt with this concern in a professional manner. That is why I love Lexus.
2026 Lexus UX 300h review
Just getting use to my new car. I always drove the NX, but I went a little smaller so it has way more buttons than my NX. I love it but this is my 4th Lexus. They are great running vehicles and I always loved Toyotas. The 2026 NX are now running 56000-59000. A lot of money. It going to get to the point where they are way too expensive to purchase any more. I think. They should be more luxury on the interiors. They are so many upgrades they make me crazy. I love Lexus and if you own one you will not be disappointed.

They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. All I can say is mission accomplished- great car great dealership!!
2026 Lexus RX 350h review
The car is beautiful and the interior is very nice. The steering wheel controls for the various function is not easy to understand and make adjustments. It gets the advertised MPG with the Hybrid set up. Acceleration is a little slow but it has plenty of power for me. I would recommend this car.

Leased a new NX 350 AWD yesterday...Gerard G. Is one of the best salesman I have come across since I have been using this dealership for over 20 years. Sue the Manager was extremely hands on and a great deal maker! Alex in Finance....second to none...it was an awesome experience!!!
2026 Lexus NX 350h review
I’ve had my 2026 Lexus NX 350h AWD Premium for about three weeks and nearly 2,000 miles, and I love it so far. The ride is smooth and quiet, the interior is packed with modern tech, and everything feels well thought out and solid. I’m getting the advertised MPG, which was a big reason I chose the hybrid, and it’s been consistent in real-world driving. On top of that, the design is beautiful inside and out. It feels like a perfect balance of comfort, efficiency, and luxury.

Told by Lexus competitor that all my air actuators were showing error messages and so entire dashboard would have to be removed and ?HVAC box assembly? needed to be replaced. Cost over $5k. Lexus Southwest found no error codes and unit is now acting as designed. (Unfortunately does not necessarily mean problem will not come back - hot air passenger side/cold air driver side.)

Woodfield Lexus review
From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I was treated fairly, and respectfully from the start to the end of our transaction. I went back a few days later for window tinting, and was treated the same at the Service department. I can't see going anywhere else for another Lexus vehicle, or for service.. Well done Woodfield Lexus!

I purchased my 2nd IS350 F Sport in mid October specifically from Lexus of Clearwater because their service and professionalism is exceptional. Their transparency and ease make the process seamless and reassuring. I will continue to stay with them in the future and couldn’t be happier.
2026 Lexus TX 500h review
For a relatively large SUV, my TX500h is both comfortable and remarkably powerful on acceleration. It holds 8’+ long lumber boards and is a great driving experience. It’s a bit pricey but worth it!

Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky review
My wife and I had the pleasure of working with both Madison and Kim in sales. Out of the gate we found them to be pleasurable to work with. My wife is small , so finding a car to fit her is a challenge. Madison was determined to find one, and she did. Kim made sure we were comfortable with the pricing and we closed. The paperwork to closed happened faster and smoother than any closing I've been involved in. The finance dept wAs very nice while the tech lady explained all the bells and whistles. All in all we were in and out on closing day in less than 2 hours. The entire team are first class and made the experience fun. I would highly recommend Performance Lexus in Ft Wright Ky

2026 Lexus NX 350h review
My first Lexus ever ,the car I traded in towards this NX350h Luxury model was a 2023 Toyota Venza Limited hybrid .Loved the car and the MPG on the Venza was top notch incredible in town mpg better than expected thus the reason I purchased the NX350h was hoping the hybrid MPG would be close to the MPG I got with the Venza.Have only 650 miles on it thus far and it’s doing extremely well with the MPG as well .Love the car and find it quieter and more comfortable and slightly more responsive than my 2023 Venza .Thus far My rating would be 10 Love The Car as much I was hoping I would .

Best experience I’ve had and I’ve had several in my life. I also had several prior to buying this vehicle. Kariel Nieves was my sales guru. Totally awesome gentleman and knows his stuff. Great attitude and huge knowledge of all things Lexus. Good communicator and worked with me to get my scheduled test drive and had everything ready. A++++++++ I’m sure they have many excellent associates but I’ll only work with Kariel from now on. Top noche.

Just bought my new 2026 NX350h from Lexus and had an awesome experience with Nicholas Hughes. He made the whole process super chill and easy; really took the time to listen to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car. No pressure, just solid advice and great customer service. I Definitely recommend Nick if you're thinking about getting a Lexus." Also, a special mention to Greg who helped my cousin and I with great advice on purchasing a car. Thank you both for this wonderful experience.

Kendall Lexus of AlaskaReviews
Kendall Lexus of Alaska review
The entire sales staff at Kendal Lexus made my RX450H buying experience enjoyable. Austin, my sales rep worked with me to get a price I was happy with. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the cars features and went over them with us in great detail. Look forward to the same kind of professionalism and customer service during my future service visits. I am disappointed with the scheduling of repair service. The soonest I could have a brake noise looked at which was discovered after driving off the lot was 4 weeks. Fortunately the brake issue isn't a safety issue.
