The windows seem at times not to operate at all. Very annoying. Unsatisfactory. I will be calling again on the reason. At this time its the only issue.

Great Lakes HyundaiReviews
Great Lakes Hyundai review
The Mike and Cameron both assisted me with working through the decision of purchasing my vehicle. While I initially looked at new vehicles when I returned to look at used they were just as helpful. Both sales representatives provided helpful answers and let me guide my purchasing experience. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was not pushed into looking at something that was more than what I was willing to spend. Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. They did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer and like they wanted to make this purchasing experience outstanding. This dealership did an outstanding job of providing me with a great purchasing experience and a stellar after purchase experience. I am truly blown away by the level of customer service I experienced with this purchase. This dealership truly still seems to put the customer first and realize the value of customer satisfaction.

Haasz Automall review
Highly recommend Haasz! I worked with Ben and he listened to everything I said that I wanted and got me into my dream vehicle plus he also took the time to explain everything to me. Great service!
2026 Dodge Durango review
PRO-The 2026 dodge Durango GT plus Hemi all wheel drive is a very sturdy and comfortable SUV. I love the way it drives and feels very safe while driving. Con-I wish it had more safety features such as lane warning and lane keeping assist. And forward collision warning and mitigation. For this price point I believe stellantis cut corners and cheapen an suv that could be so much more. And I was hoping for an option to turn off the all wheel drive and set it to 2 wheel drive at times to get better fuel economy. Get rid of the sunroof and install these options instead. Besides that this SUV drives amazing I had 7 people in my Durango and we were all very comfortable. It has a Massive trunk space when the third row seat is down, and ample trunk space when the third row is up. I love it so much I am thinking of trading it fir a new Durango RT 392 with the 6.4 liter.

Haasz AutomallReviews
Haasz Automall review
If you’re looking for the good guys in the automotive industry, you will find them in Rick, Andy, Mike and Justin at Haasz Automall of Ravenna. These guys worked as a team and provided me with the best experience I’ve had buying a new car. I did not feel pressured at any point in my path to purchase. Rick was patient with me and worked with me for almost four months as I figured out what I wanted to do. Once I was ready to buy, all four of these guys stepped up to meet my needs so I could drive away a very happy customer. Whenever the need arises, I will be returning to Haasz Automall of Ravenna.
2026 RAM 1500 review
Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

I was greeted by Justin Stinaff, he is always cheerful and welcoming. Great experience from the start. The technician Brian Binegar was knowledgeable and fast on the recall and oil change. My car was washed, another pleasant BONUS. Below does not give me option to select the tech who performed the work, Brian Binegar also gets 5 stars

Have purchased six vehicles from Walley Armour in Alliance over the years. Exceptional customer service combined with quality vehicles.
2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The ride is incredibly smooth and comfortable, whether I'm commuting daily or taking longer road trips. The interior feels premium, with high-quality materials, plenty of space, and an intuitive infotainment system that's easy to use. The performance is excellent, with plenty of power when needed while still delivering respectable fuel economy. I also appreciate the advanced safety features and driver-assistance technology, which make every trip feel more secure and relaxing. The Grand Cherokee strikes a perfect balance between luxury, capability, and practicality. It's stylish, comfortable, and versatile enough for both family use and weekend adventures. I would highly recommend the 2026 Grand Cherokee to anyone looking for a dependable and refined SUV. Thank you John Hernandez at Hendrick Chrysler Jeep!!

2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
I picked up the RS and I love it overall. There are just a few things I find annoying. First is there is no rear door exterior lock button like on my 2017 Cruze, it’s annoying to have to go to the front door and then to the rear door if I’m wanting to grab something. Second is the radio, my 2017 had 10 programmable stations and this only has 5, not to mention it seems to take forever to load the audio for sxm while it is instant on my older car. Third is the trunk wheel well, you are not even provided with a donut spare. I wanted to get a full size spare but the storage spot is too small and only a donut will fit. Fourth is how petty and cheap Chevrolet seems to have become, my owners manual is in a plastic ziplock bag, xxx is that? What happened to getting an organizer case to hold the manual and registration/insurance? I find that part to be pretty pathetic.

Haasz Automall review
I had a very easy time buying my 2nd Jeep from Haasz. The staff went above and beyond finding the exact vehicle I wanted!
2026 Jeep Wrangler review
Bought a new Willys model 2 door. Got nearly 10k off at Brandon Tomes in McKinney. Best Jeep I’ve had so far, and I’ve owned quite a few, dating back to the eighties. Mine has the 2.0 turbo and the 8 speed automatic, and it is surprisingly quick. A bit of turbo lag, but it comes in early at about 3k rpm, and the torque is fantastic. Seems like a lotta folks still want the inline six, but after owning two, those engines are dogs. Also had two V6 models, a JK and JT, and this engine outperforms both. With proper maintenance, should last a good while, but we’ll see. The 8 speed has a great reputation, as does the Rubicon spec suspension. Overall, happy with this Jeep, would recommend.

Great Lakes Hyundai review
I will preface this by saying that I hate going to a dealer to buy a car. That being said Aaron at Great Lakes Hyundai may have just changed my mind. The entire process was quick easy and straight forward. They told me that the goal was to go beyond the customer's expectations, which I figured was just a typical sales pitch. However, they proceeded to prove that it wasn't just a pitch. The deal I got was everything I wanted and then some (actually got more for my trade in than I expected). All in all I highly recommend stopping in if you want a good deal.
2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid review
The 2026 Pallisade Hybrid Calligraphy AWD is a great value with standard options typically not found in this price range. However it does have some flaws. (1) With a seat control safety software change roll out getting the 2nd row seats positioned for third row seat access and then back to a usable position for the 2nd row passenger is extremely difficult and time consuming. (2) AWD hybrid mileage is 24 mpg and not the 30 mpg as advertised. (3) Some key FOB issues coupled with smartphone digital key issues.

Spitzer Chevrolet LordstownReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Lordstown review
I recently purchased a 2025 Silverado 2500 HD from Spitzer Chevrolet Lordstown. I was assisted by Andy H., and I can't tell you how easy this process was. Zero pressure encountered, and experienced nothing but courtesy and professionalism in the process. I am very happy with my experience at Spitzer.
2026 Chevrolet Traverse review
This is our first Chevrolet that we’ve owned and we have been very happy with it. It looks good drives very smooth and quiet and has a ton of interior room. It has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want on a car. The only complaint that I have and it’s a very small one is that when you accelerate quickly there is a slight buzz from the engine which I had read about before we bought it. Definitely not a deal breaker. The 4 cylinder has plenty of get up and go. I would definitely buy another traverse.

Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
⭐ 5‑Star Review for Klaben Ford ⭐ Klaben Ford continues to impress me with their exceptional service. One of the things I appreciate most is that they actually come right to my house to do the maintenance on my vehicle — it doesn’t get more convenient than that. I always request Seth because he’s extremely nice, personable, and consistently does an outstanding job. He takes pride in his work, and it shows every single time. People like him are the reason I stay loyal. When I buy, I always buy at Klaben. They’ve earned that trust.

Kia of Streetsboro review
This is regarding Cleo Nettler Jr as my salesman Cleo of Kia Streesboro, truly the best salesman I have encountered , ever! He is a wonderful person to work with. He wants to do his best to understand what YOU want and to not push you at all, he will go above and beyond to get you the best price he can and very knowledgeable with the vehicles and there options. I have never known Cleo before this last purchase but I think I can say he is now my salesman and also a good friend. As an example: Cleo took time away from his family and his busy life to come in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. My review—You could not do better that Cleo!!

Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
Chris Hamilton was my sales guy and he was awesome. I live in Connecticut and found exactly what I was looking for at Klaben in Kent, Ohio. Chris FaceTimed me to show me more of the RAM 1500 I bought. He answered any questions I had and since I wasn’t familiar with buying a vehicle out of state and I was nervous something would go wrong after driving 8 hours i had a lot of questions. Chris passes me off to Kim who did the financing and she was awesome also. Such a smooth transaction.

2026 Ford Bronco review
My wife and I bought a new 2026 Outer Banks with the 2.7L V6 and the Lux Package. With about 2,000 miles on the odometer it has been a great purchase. It is missing a few options that an almost 60k truck should have (memory seats, etc.) and has way too many “nannies”. With that said, it has plenty of power when in Sport mode, the ride is comfortable and it gets decent gas mileage. It is loud at highway speeds but most of the noise is coming from the tires. Can’t wait to swap them for some BFG’s. Compared to the 2021 Jeep Wrangler JLU we had, the Bronco is much more refined. A tip for new buyers, attend one of the Bronco Off-Roadeo events that Ford offers. We just returned from the one in Tennessee and it was excellent. They really show you what the truck is capable of.
