No haggling on trade value or vehicle price. Steered us toward best value and moved through the process quickly. All involved were invested in a positive outcome.
2026 Toyota Tacoma review
Leased a 2026 Tacoma Double Cab SR5 from Ganley Toyota in Akron, Ohio. Color is Underground and Boulder interior. Truck drives great. Spacious cabin, although the back seat looks like it might by slightly cramped. Came with a bedliner as well as running boards, which I really appreciate. Not really great on gas, but it's a mid-size truck. Everything feels sturdy and not cheaply made. Display screen is nice and crisp. Same with the backup camera. Has all the standard safety features (lane assist, cross traffic detection, dynamic cruise control, blind spot detection). Highly recommend the truck! The dealership was wonderful. Our salesman, Darwin Nealon, is a awesome!

2026 Chevrolet Traverse review
This is our first Chevrolet that we’ve owned and we have been very happy with it. It looks good drives very smooth and quiet and has a ton of interior room. It has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want on a car. The only complaint that I have and it’s a very small one is that when you accelerate quickly there is a slight buzz from the engine which I had read about before we bought it. Definitely not a deal breaker. The 4 cylinder has plenty of get up and go. I would definitely buy another traverse.

I like the smooth ride of the car. Great sound system. The color is great on the car. Lots of room for the driver and passengers in the car. The tires make the ride look very polished in look.

Just purchased a Sante Fe Hybrid from Boucher in Janesville. The entire process of trading in our vehicle, picking up the new vehicle, and follow up support has been excellent. Oneida was extremely knowledgable about the Palisade I purchased. During the test drive, she showed that she clearly had done her homework on these vehicles, showing us all the bells and whistles and how they all worked. She was not pushy at all and truly felt she wanted to help me find the right vehicle no matter what. I have already recommended her to others who were looking to buy!

After a serious car accident, I was really stressed about having to get a new vehicle. Oneida was incredibly kind, helpful and patient with me. She really knows her stuff! She, Megan and the rest of the team at the dealership made the process very easy and I left there feeling very confident about my new car. Thanks so much!
2026 Hyundai TUCSON review
When my RAV4 was destroyed in an accident, I found the Tucson to be a much better value than the new RAV4. All the latest technology at a reasonable price. Better warranty, and no subscription fees for connected services. Good, reliable, basic transportation.

Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall review
I had the BEST car shopping experience here. I never felt pressured to know exactly what I want or to buy a new top of the line right then and there. Steve was a gem and listened to what I wanted and kept my budget in mind. He was realistic with expectations and never pressured me into anything. With other dealerships, I felt trapped like I couldn't leave until I bought something from them. Not here. Steve understood that buying a car was a huge commitment and let me have my time to think about what I wanted and what was available in my budget. I was able to leave the dealership to think about my options and wasn't hounded with calls and messages asking me when I was going to buy or what the dealership could do to make me a customer. I had space to think and make a decision that didn't feel forced. Even when I bought my new car, everything was explained in detail and they made sure to give me time to ask questions so I knew EXACTLY what I was getting into. As a first time car buyer, this was a dream of an experience. I had been to 3 other dealerships and Lou Bachrodt is second to none. If you live in the Rockford area, this is the place to shop for a car and make sure to ask for Steve!

2026 Kia Sorento Hybrid review
So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

Matt Baker is such a great salesman. I had no idea what I wanted and he patiently pulled multiple vehicles with multiple trims until I found what I wanted. He is professional, relatable and so nice to work with. His follow up was timely and spot on. Probably one of the best salespersons I have worked with. If you want an above and beyond sales experience, ask for Matt Baker.

2027 Kia Seltos review
This is a first drive review. I've been in automotive for nearly 40 years. I drive 30-40 vehicles of various makes and models every year. I cannot remember when I've been more pleasantly surprised by a vehicle. Smooth, quiet, refined, GREAT brakes. Fanstastic car worth a look!

Lou Bachrodt Auto MallReviews
Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall review
It was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I knew what I wanted, and had a quote from another dealership that was fantastic. While Lou Bachrodt did not have what I wanted on the lot, Fil the new car manager and Patrick my sales consultant assured me that they could order the truck I was looking for and still match the deal I had worked out at the other dealership. Both of these guys made the buying experience at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall as smooth as can be without any surprises. Every question or concern I had was answered quickly and with good detail. When my truck arrived, I could not have been happier! I will be coming back here when I am ready for my next truck, and keeping my business local. Give these guys a try, and I am sure you will be as impressed as I was.
2026 Buick Envision review
I love my Buick, all I have had issues with is when I hook it up to the OnStar One internet. Seems to be a lot of nefarious people who love the idea of hijacking a car driving down the highway. Ive just noticed glitches and the stereo blasting when I hook up android auto or Google. But its not a deal breaker for me because all I really need is Bluetooth for calls and music. Just keep it off the internet and this car is a dream. I love the safety features on my Buick Envision xx. The lane keep assist really does work and the car is quick to notice vehicles in front of me. I also like the adaptive cruise control. It helps a bit in traffic on the highway. The interior is really nice too with the leather appointments and suede details on the dash. I notice theres more leather appointments on the 2026 Buick Envision xx than the 2020 Buick Envision Essence. I love the 20 inch black rims on the car. It really gives the Buick a sportier stance. Its a trade off though because it rides much firmer with the low profile tires and rims. I personally don't mind.

Not pushy. Listened to our needs. Patiently explained features. Willing to negotiate. Had one glitch but they were able to clear it up to our satisfaction.
2026 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Only have had it one month, just a couple negatives 1) Key fob very low quality, looks like a cheap plastic Easter egg. I have never had one this low quality. 2) The part that positions the seat belt buckle high or low is a “rubber band”, Never seen that. 3) The steering wheel should be a little wider on the top so you can view the screen/gages better. The ride is nice, Power is there when you want it.

Heller Chevrolet GMCReviews
Heller Chevrolet GMC review
We found our vehicle on line and messaged about it. We were told it was sold, However, the next day we got a call from Hunter stating that it was in fact, not sold and to come as soon as we could. He had the vehicle warmed up for us and ready to take on a test drive. Cory Who is the sales manager was also wonderful to work with. Holly and their finance department is an amazing person. I would recommend anybody who needs a car to go to Heller. When you buy from them, it’s like you’re buying from family.
2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

2026 Mazda MX-5 Miata RF review
6 speed most fun to drive! More wind buffeting than i expected with the hard-top down. Looks great. Needs a real glove box, no useful interior storage at all! Overall, a fun car!
