We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. I went in to test drive a new GR Corolla and honestly went in not really expecting to purchase anything. From the moment I arrived, all of the staff was incredibly friendly and the inside very clean. Ferdinand accompanied me on my test drive and sat down with me to talk numbers. I had a pretty beat up 2014 car that I could trade. I let him know what I was wanting to pay and he went and made things happen. I never felt pressured to purchase anything and felt relaxed the whole time. My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

The process was timely and efficient. Drove from Ft Worth to purchase the vehicle and needed to get back in the same day. The trade in and vehicle price was agreable.

Popped in for an oil change and was told they were backed up and it would take 2-3 hrs. I have to say that I wasn?t happy about that, but they turned it around in about an hour and I left happy.

We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

Great truck, here are the highlights: time-proven 2.3 turbo engine with tuning potential, overbuilt 10R80 transmission which is shared with the larger F-150, comfortable interior, excellent features, even on the STX/XL trim, roomy 4-door interior. Highly recommend this truck!

Friendly staff, fair pricing. Signing all the papers only took 10 minutes, which is the fastest any dealership has ever done this for me. They didn?t push extended warranties when I showed no interest in them.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

Ladies, ask for Jimmy Briseno! For the FIRST TIME we found a salesman who answered MY questions and catered to ME when buying a car! The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Good overall experience with purchase and financing. The only thing was price was higher and financing higher than what I signed up for online. I don?t prefer to negotiate, that?s why I had done as much as possible online. I should have negotiated, but didn?t and that was my fault. Wish the price would have matched what was advertised.

I love my new Hummer, I have had it 2 weeks now and it’s an Amazing vehicle. Looks great and is a lot of fun to drive. I love that I can take the 4 tops off and it’s a convertible suv. So far so good with no problems. It charges overnight and is ready to go. I would highly recommend.
