From my salesman, Lawrence Phillips, who can tell you every detail about ANY car on the lot, to the sales manager and account manager, frankly all the way up to the Dealership owner. These gentle people are outstanding! I just purchased my Sixth vehicle from them. They always take the time to listen to my wants and needs in a vehicle and payment. Never putting me into a payment I can't afford or a vehicle that makes me settle for less than I want. Service is prompt, completely transparent pricing and above all done with a please and thank you attitude towards my convenience. I've not met a single employee that has not totally impressed me. I went to this dealer as a serious buyer, expecting to come home in the car of my choice. I took it for a test drive with a different salesperson than who I came to see. The salesperson didn't seem to hear the loud tires on this car. It was a nice car otherwise, but had lousy tires. After speaking with the sales manager, it was determined that my spouse would also have to apply. I didn't drive home in the beautiful car.

RUBEN HOLGUIN is the best salesman that I have ever worked with! In the performance category, it needs to have the gas mileage up since they went to a V6 dual turbo you ought to be knocking on 25 miles to gallon like the Chevrolet’s in the Fords,, as far as driving performance it’s great. It’s just the gas mileage. It’s suffers, and I drive at wild.

Vehicle replace a 23 year old truck and has so many features that were not even available. Rear camera's and other safety features make this easy to drive even for the vertically challenged.

Today I purchased my 2nd Ram 1500 from Brandon Issacs. The first was a 2020 Limited and today a 2022 Longhorn. Brandon is one of the hardest working automotive Salespersons that I have ever met which is why I keep coming back. Brandon figures out what is important to you and he does his best to outperform your expectations, and mine are pretty high. He does not waste my time at all. I went to another store with the same truck and after wasting time trying to put a deal together, and it was a pretty good deal, I left because the sales manager got involved and was pushy and unprofessional. So back I came to Northpoint CDJR and left 45 minutes later in another new truck! Thanks Brandon! The service department is also first class. I have dealt with Jessica several times and she does exactly what she says and gets it done when she promises it to be done. Great job Northpoint!!!

I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

Harris was such wonderful salesman. We talked back and forth over the course of a couple weeks to find the vehicle we liked. He had no problem answering any questions that arose and he was able to communicate with me thru text which was so much easier for me! He stayed after hours on a saturday to help make sure we got what we wanted. He worked diligently with leon,finance manager, to get us approved. Leon also did an excellent job explaining the contracts and everything that had to be legally signed. He was knowledgable, kind.and understanding. Everyone there was very nice and accommodationg to the fact I had a small child with me.

We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.
