Culver City Volvo Cars review
This was my first purchase at Culver City Volvo, 3rd Volvo S60 overall. All aspects of the shopping experience were positive - Arlene's responsiveness and direct no-nonsense price quote, Julio's painless and direct financing meeting to getting the car ready [and correcting a scratch before I even saw the car]. My experience with Culver City Volvo was in stark contrast to that w/ too many other Volvo dealers in the area. This is my 3rd Volvo S60 and I couldn't be happier.

Culver City Volvo Cars review
I originally bought my car from here 9 years ago and I drive the extra distance from home to get my car services from here because it is always excellent! (Better than other Volvo dealerships in SoCal) Helpful service reps. Clean and useful customer lounge so I got work done while waiting for services to be completed. Food services are an easy walk across the street. I highly recommend this place.

Volvo Cars of QueensReviews
Volvo Cars of Queens review
I had gone to 2 other Volvo dealers (Karp and Glen Cove) and had a horrible financing experiencing customer service experience. They did not make me feel like a loyal Volvo client whatsoever. The Glen Cove experience was just a joke- rookie salesperson who actually asked inappropriate questions and should be trained better before talking to customers. Queens Volvo rectified ALL of their mistakes combined and why they got my sale.

Being in sales myself I don’t compliment others in the same, unless warranted. My recent experience with Volvo Autonation Santa Clara was truly amazing. I felt heard and taken care of throughout the sales discussion and process by all team members. This positive experience resulted in a purchase of a new vehicle. The entire team worked well together and all understood the meaning of customer first!. From the quality of the car, to the Volvo team both continue to exceed my expectations. Regards, a happy customer!

Culver City Volvo Cars review
I had a great experience with Culver city volvo when I leased my lovely peal white S60 hybrid that gets 44 miles on a charge rather than 20 on my last hybrid As I lease a car every 3 years I have a lot of experience with dealerships, and my experience here was excellent. My monthly payment is $150 less than the local Volvo dealership's proposal, and my car was delivered by Dan who was extremely kind and proficient. He had my phone paired to the car in seconds, and had me logged in online to the Volvo website. He explained some of the differences between my former car and this one, and all in all was super- helpful. Thank you Dan and culver city Volvo! I love my car! Thank you, Prudence Hall Prudence Hall

Volvo Cars of Santa MonicaReviews
Volvo Cars of Santa Monica review
Exceptional Leasing Experience at Volvo of Santa Monica. I just leased a Volvo XC90 Plus, T8 Plug-in Hybrid from Volvo of Santa Monica, and as someone with over 40 years of leasing and buying cars for our family, I am thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I inquired about the vehicle, Mr. David Afshar, the sales associate, promptly reached out with all the details about the car I was interested in. His professionalism and responsiveness made the initial steps of the process seamless and efficient. However, it was Mr. Armin Buholzer, the dealership manager, who truly elevated the experience. Armin went above and beyond to ensure I was matched with the perfect vehicle, providing expert guidance and a clear, transparent overview of my options. Not only was the car selection impeccable, but Armin also offered very aggressive pricing that was far below what I had been quoted by other dealerships, ensuring I received incredible value. Both Armin and David and the entire sales team were attentive, courteous, and focused on making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every step. I walked away with a fantastic deal on a beautiful car, and I couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for exceptional service and VERY competitive pricing, I highly recommend Volvo of Santa Monica, and specifically Mr. Armin Buholzer and Mr. David Afshar. They truly make car leasing an enjoyable and professional experience.

I really enjoy this dealership and my service agent - Alex. I have taken my Volvo to two previous dealerships for service that should be covered by Volvo's warranty (Santa Monica and Pasadena) and both times have come away disappointed. South Bay Volvo serviced my V90 no questions asked.

George was my salesman but he was more like a friend. We talked about life and family more than me purchasing a vehicle and I can truly appreciate that. He listened to what I wanted and tried hard to get the deal I wanted and the car to match. Great place to buy a car because it feels like they actually care either way buying or not.

Volvo Cars of Santa MonicaReviews
Volvo Cars of Santa Monica review
Exceptional Leasing Experience at Volvo of Santa Monica I just leased a Volvo XC90 Plus, T8 Plug-in Hybrid from Volvo of Santa Monica, and as someone with over 40 years of experience leasing and buying, I am thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received.

Volvo Cars South Bay review
This was our 1st time purchasing a Volvo, and I was blown away by the courtesy, honesty and professionalism by everyone involved. Dion and Junior were superstars in finding the perfect car for our family and welcoming us to the Volvo community. We could not be more thrilled with the entire experience!
