However, it is almost always the case that, when reaching out to dealership, you often hear back from at least 2-4 different people, often from different departments, and that can be a bit frustrating and overwhelming. This was the case with Mastria and it made take a step back.

Recently we traded in a RAV4 for a Highlander so far it has been the best experience in a dealership. Everything went very easy and quick and the salesman, Mike Benjamin, was very nice and answered all our questions.

I got a couple problems, the radio disconnect sometimes and gave me mad every time I drive and the very disconnect the transmission and start kicking someone in the wall and the door make noise when I open up. I kind of disappointed because that was a new car.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

I was in the market for a used car and want to see Alex D because his ratings were so high! Well he sold us a 2016 Honda Accord EX-Limited. I bought a Mustang GT because I was dissatisfied with my 2020 Corvette's ride and ergonomics. Also, because neither Chevrolet nor Dodge had an answer to the Mustang. The GT has great features with its touch screens, intuitive HVAC controls and other vehicle control features, The interior is comfortable. It could use power tilt-tele steering wheel. There's plenty of gauge clusters, and color schemes to keep you busy. Same for Drive modes. Braking is very good, especially the optional Brembo's. The sound system in top B&O guise is the minimal you'd expect. It doesn't measure up to Mopar. Power is good, but low end torque could be better. The exterior styling would be second to Camaro if there were one, but it keeps improving. Opt for the 20inch wheels for looks and handling. Choose the right paint, and get the 6 speed if you like manual gears. Ford, increase fuel tank size from 16 to 18.

We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

I had a 2024 same Suv, everthing is same except I dont think the cabin noise is better than 2024, its same or more , thats the only issue I have and it dosent bother me but they advertise that the 2025 will have less cabin noise

Visited Grieco Honda, Johnston,RI, on Fri. Mar.28, just to begin looking for a new vehicle. Didn’t plan to drive off the lot that day with a new vehicle, because “just looking “. Then we were introduced to Jacob Hammen. He put me right at ease by asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle, not what he wanted for me. He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. While he was putting everything in motion for us, he also took the time to make sure we were comfortable in our wait for all the proper paperwork to be completed….asking if we wanted, or needed, a beverage, or snack. Was so pleased with Jacob’s professionalism and knowledge….would not hesitate to come back and see him, or recommend him. Great job, Jacob!!

I went to service for a state safety inspection. I was told it would take about an hour. An hour later, I was driving home. I found the service fast, efficient and courteous. That's what I want!!

This is a well put together vehicle. Interior fit and finish, even for the base S model, is splendid and many newer safety features come standard. The seats on the base S are very comfortable on long drives. Ive read a few "pro" reviews that mentioned the engine being underpowered, especially for highway passing. I have found the opposite out of this beautiful 149 hp CVT. I mean it's 149 hp, not 189; not sure where any complaint of being underpowered comes from? And, the CVT has wonderfully placed mimick shift points that make you feel like its a non-cvt transmission. Besides being ahead of the others with the interior, it's a well insulated cabin which deafens quite a bit of road noise. If your thinking about a Nissan Sentra, don't listen to these "professional" knucklehead reviewers. I believe they're not as accurate as the average Joe like us and have lost sight of what a great entry level sedan is.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!
