My experience each and every time I purchase a car from Sheridan Nissan. Is exceptional experience. I look for Eddie Flahn because of his caring and he wants you to be happy in your purchase. I recently brought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, I was very indecisive about what features I wanted in the car. I had Eddie moving cars because the ones I wanted to look at was behind other cars and he had no problem doing that for me. Eddie Flahn was very patient , caring and I didn't feel pressured to purchase. I had him working all day for me and he didn't have any problem doing that for me. Eddie Flahn is a great person and cares about his customers.
For a young woman new to the car industry, this girl knows her stuff. I was thoroughly impressed with her presentation and demonstration of my new 2016 Altima. She made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision. I will absolutely refer her to all my family and friends.

Mike is a very knowledgeable salesman and explained everything to us about the car. I live downstate and read great reviews on your dealership and wanted to see for myself what was so outstanding. All the reviews I read were correct!!!!! I had such a good "no pressure" experience I will certainly buy again from Sheridan Nissan. I think that lots of dealerships can be nice places but your customer service was just outstanding. I can't say enough good things about Mike either. He was just wonderful from the time we got there until the time we left. Everyone was really nice to us. It's your outstanding customer service that will keep customers coming back. I will definately spread the word downstate about your superior dealership.
I have never gone to a dealer for repairs because of the dreaded "mark up" (the saying "they replace not repair") but I went to Sheridan Nissan and was SO pleasantly surprised! Not only was the service that was done to my car excellent -- and has been working beautifully for the last month with no problems -- but Mike consulted with me about what REALLY needed to be done and didn't try to talk me into anything and provided me with a coupon that saved me 20%. I was so grateful as my funds were pretty low. I will now go back and get the rest of the work done - I wish I could remember what the mechanic's name was as he was terrific also. EXCELLENT place - highly recommended!
My initial complaint was regarding service with Porter Nissan where it was later determined that it was actually Nissan that was preventing my repairs. The service manager made several attempts to convince Nissan that this was a cause and effect issue however Nissan balked at the repairs. The service group at Porter are top people to deal with and will go the extra mile for you. After it was all said and done Porter was in my corner.
Where to start, the customer service is great! Always straightforward, polite and realistic people who understand what I want. Service for me was in and out and for the year that I have been getting my car done here I never had a problem. A very professional and legitimate business, I would recommend them to all my friends, Nissan or not
