What I appreciate most is that she is honest and straightforward. There is no endless back-and-forth, no pressure, and no feeling of being taken advantage of. She truly listens to her customers and works to make the process smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, I recently had to purchase another vehicle after being involved in a serious car accident. It was a very stressful and traumatic experience, but Mercedes-Benz made a difficult situation much easier. Within literally seconds of the accident, after both the upper and lower airbags deployed (I didn't even know my vehicle had a lower airbag), Mercedes-Benz contacted me through the SOS feature in the vehicle. The representative immediately checked on my well-being, asking if I was hurt, bleeding, breathing okay, and ensuring I was alert and responsive. They also informed me that emergency services had been dispatched. The speed, professionalism, and genuine concern they showed during such a frightening moment meant more to me than words can express. Experiences like that remind me why I continue to choose Mercedes-Benz. Knowing that the company genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of its customers provides a level of comfort and confidence that is priceless. Karol's extraordinary customer service is the reason I will continue returning to Mercedes-Benz South Bay for future vehicle purchases. I will also gladly refer my friends and family to her because I know they will be treated with the same respect, honesty, and care that I have received. In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!

I have owned four Nissans, 1 Maxima & 3 Altimas. I currently average 33 mpg which is impressive. My current 2019 Altima is a Four Cylinder, which one would not know without asking, as the pick up speed is unbelievable. I have never experienced any major problems. Very reliable car. 2019 Nissan Altima review
Front seats are not durable. My seats are loose and tearing. Carpet is cheap and no good. Floor mats are poor quality. Windshield wipers fluid won't come out. Overall satisfied but Nissan got improve the quality inside the car. Finally my seat belt sensor gone out. Almost through paying for car and my next car is truck
