Went to Acura on the whim after going to local Chevrolet dealer to see another car which was sold and the salesmen didn?t tell me prior to arrival. They never disappoint. There was a very clean used TLX which met my needs and I couldn?t be happier.

2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Automax of Ocala review
My husband and I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage. This is our second vehicle purchased from AutoMax Ocala. Both times we had great experiences and will continue to come back for future purchases. This time we purchased our vehicle through Noah. Communication with Noah was great through the whole process. It took us a few days to seal the deal and Noah was patient with us and did not put any pressure on us and was just there if he needed him. It was one of the smoothest dealership experiences we have ever experienced. And we love our new SUV of course! Thanks AutoMax and thanks Noah!

Ozzy Seyal, now that's a customer service representative. Kind, courteous, pays attention, handles his customer as if they're taking care of family. My husband was very impressed with him, upselling, and he talked my husband into a very good deal. My husband is very happy about the upgrade. Hold on to him and if possible, give him a well-deserved raise, a some type of bonus and recognition. I'm a recruiter, 23 years, and I look for people with this distinctive quality of customer service, which is very hard to find. Take care of your people. You cannot put enough emphasis on dependability and reliability. OZZY, you keep it up. You're truly genuine.

I recently brought my 2021 Chevy Suburban in for service and had an outstanding experience with your team. While I'll admit I wasn't thrilled about the $4,000 repair bill, the level of service I received from Joe and your service department made all the difference. I've had less than stellar experiences here in the past, but it's clear you've made significant improvements with your staff and processes. Joe was professional, communicative, and made what could have been a frustrating situation much more manageable. The changes you've implemented are noticeable and appreciated. This is now the kind of service experience that keeps customers coming back. Thank you for investing in your team and your service department.

Beck NissanReviews
Beck Nissan review
I love Beck Nissan. I called Trevor in the service department and made my appointment for a oil and filter change and tire rotation. I love the fact that as an older single woman, I can take my car in to be serviced, they do what I ask and there is no oh but you need this done and there is another problem. They do what you ask them to do in a friendly and timely manner. That makes it a better experience all around for me. Thank you Beck Nissan and keep up the good work.
