Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Robert Basil Buick GMC Cadillac review
My experience was very good. Gavin was a good salesperson. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a salesperson to tell ANY customer to put down $14,000 which was incredibly obscene for a down payment on a 3 year lease. You should NEVER be that hungry for a commission. My favorite salesperson that I knew for 35 years at West Herr East Aurora would never recommend that to me. That is the trust you build with your salesperson-customer relationship. If I had to do this all over again--I definitely would NOT. It was too late to back out of this deal. Basil is known for great deals, and this was definitely NOT a great deal no matter how you spin it. I was under much pressure myself to get a new car due to previous lease expiring, tariffs coming into the mix soon and my mom having cancer with only a few months to live. But, this scenario will never happen again, I will make sure of that.
2019 Nissan Altima review
I have owned four Nissans, 1 Maxima & 3 Altimas. I currently average 33 mpg which is impressive. My current 2019 Altima is a Four Cylinder, which one would not know without asking, as the pick up speed is unbelievable. I have never experienced any major problems. Very reliable car. Highly Recommend.

Everyone I had interactions with including Sarah and Renee were very pleasant to deal with, right down to the young lady that showed me how to work that xxxx coffee pot. I would highly recommend this store purchase a vehicle, very friendly people

I contacted Amy Sabers over the weekend about buying a new truck and drove it home two days later. This was without a doubt the best buying experience that I have ever had and this is from someone who purchases a new vehicle every few years. From the time that I arrived at the dealership to the time that I left the entire experience was excellent. You will have a tough time finding a better price for a new vehicle and the professionalism of everyone that I talked with was outstanding. I drove from Syracuse to get the truck that I wanted at an amazing price and I will do it again. I really can't say enough great things about this dealership.

I came in to get my brand new car serviced I gave my keys to the service man as I dropped it off but once I came back I noticed my brand new car dealership tag was no longer on my keys. I mentioned it to a gentleman that was at the service desk and I proceeded to leave a walk to my car, by the time I made it to my car there was a man running to me to give me another tag for my keys. He name is Antwan Moore I really appreciate the innovative he took to make sure I left happy I was so thankful for him.

Dan created a car leasing opportunity for me that I've never had before. He's honest, up-front, and incredibly helpful. My experience this time around has brought me to West Herr as a new customer and I couldn't love my Nissan Rouge more! I recommend this dealership and Dan to everyone I meet. They care about their customers and it shows! Thank you West Herr!

Surprising power on the highway. Great gas mileage. Very roomy interior, and the dash and radio buttons and components are very easy to see and use. We chose this over an Accord, initially because the local Honda dealer is crazy, but we like everything about it.

2016 Nissan Altima review
I bought my 2016 Altima SL new with 2.5 motor. The SL model has some great options on it! I love this car! 39-47 highway (usually on trips 40 and up, 36 around town. Better than what it said I would get! Very comfortable, great acceleration. Not very many 2016 SL out there. Everything I wanted and with only 51,000 miles. Got lucky with this one!

From the time I made the first call about my Nissan Murano Danny was very helpful and luckily had Andrew Chinchar take care of me. Andrew contacted me immediately and sent me videos, pictures and paperwork. Anything I ask for he was quick to respond. I drove over 4 hrs because of the great price and was greatly satisfied with the quality of the vehicle I purchased. The whole process was seamless and efficient. Mentor Nissan is a very warm and welcoming dealership and I only wish I didn’t live so far away so I could take advantage of their great service. Thank you Danny and especially Andrew Chinchar for the best experience ever buying my car. I love it!!

I just purchased my third Nissan Altima. It's the best vehicle I have ever owned. After many years of owning this model vehicle, I have NEVER had one breakdown or problem with the vehicle. It is a very durable and dependable car. The Altima is comfortable to drive, and service at Nissan dealerships is always excellent.

We just wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle from your dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Molly, who went above and beyond to ensure we found the right vehicle. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She took the time to explain all the features of the car, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The financing process was also seamless, with everything explained clearly and handled efficiently. When we picked up our car, it was spotless and ready to go, making the final delivery feel even more special. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service we received. Thank you!!

2022 Nissan Altima review
I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.
