AutoNation claims not to negotiate, they will a little bit. Their original quote sheet that they came up with was a no non-sense quote sheet, nothing hidden and showed all fees necessary to complete the lease which I really appreciated. It was still just a bit too expensive so I countered with exactly what I was willing to pay and after a little bit of non-confrontational back and forth, we agreed on the price of a lease for a Nissan Rogue. They helped me figure out how to get every possible discount on this car (college grad, how to use my Nissan One to One Rewards) and that got the price down to even less that I was willing to pay. They answered all questions from the finance, returning my current lease early and were very respectful.
I was interested in the Rogue and Rogue Sport and the salesman was able to figure out that the Rogue would meet my needs perfectly and he hustled to get the car from the lot so we didn't have to wait all day, he didn't try to up sell me on a trim level that I couldn't afford which I really appreciated.
The only negatives were that the showroom was not the nicest but when they are able to speed up the process, I don't care about not having recliners and refreshments. We spent most of the time there figuring out how to get Apple Car play work and figuring out how to get all of my documentation for Nissan's One to One Discount and College Discount to be applied properly.
My 5 star rating is based off the excellent customer service right from the parking lot. My fiance and I were greeted and welcomed soon as we exited our car. We were then handed off to Francis who went above and beyond to make sure that we not only received the best service, but the best deal possible. The knowledge he and his team (Ricky in finance and a manager whose name slips my mind) possessed was genuine and made us feel like people they were interested in actually helping and not just a commission check! I would certainly reccomend anybody interested in obtaining a new vehicle to speak with and visit Francis and his team at Pinnacle Nissan.

Went here to look at their pre-owned 2017 Nissan Altimas. I was helped by Katie...What a Pleasant, Kind and Polite individual. Buying a car is not always a pleasant experience..Katie was the Exception..No pressure., helpful and informative...Unfortunately we could not agree on a Price.I would recommend that you take the car to an Independent Mechanic and Have a Buyers Inspection Done..A lot of these Vehicles are Rental Cars..It doesn't matter if they are Certified you want to make sure these vehicles were not Abused....Go see Katie if you are in the market for a Nissan...Thanks
A great experience purchasing a new Rogue. Sales team was assume, got to meet service personnel, good impression of what to expect. Finance was great, took the time to explain everything. Over all a great experience.
Took my car in for schedule 1 service which included an oil change. I bought the car used from this dealership and it had a blend for the oil at that time. About 20K miles ago I switched to full synthetic and when I dropped the car off I wrote in my instructions please use synthetic oil for the oil change. Instead of the synthetic or even a blend, regular oil was used. They offered to change it out but because of time I declined. This is the 1st time any of my instructions were not followed. I have always had 1st class service from this dealership.
I had leased my Rogue through East Valley Nissan. They create an unfriendly envirement!! When they give you an offer...it is only good for the day/time you are present in their showroom. My thinking is...if it is such a good offer, I can sleep on it or confer with family. I am not destitute that I can only respond at the moment! AutoNation was recommended by Nissan HQ in Franklin Tn
I just wanted to say how pleased my wife and I are with our Service Advisor at AutoNation Nissan Chandler. Julio Abraham went far and beyond to help us out. Our Transmission had gone out and we were over our warranty by only a few months. Our car only had 54,000 miles on it. Julio went to battle for us and in the end Nissan covered 90% of the repairs. What we thought was going to be about a $4,600 repair only cost us a little under $400. Thanks again so much Julio Abraham you are the BEST!! And thank you Nissan. We WILL be back.
Came in to buy a used vehicle. Didn't care what it was except I wanted great gas mileage and cheap to get me to my next vehicle purchase. My car was getting old and needed one a new one ASAP. Instead of getting the used car I picked out they showed me a 2018 car that was cheaper and better gas mileage. Bought it and it meets all my requirements I needed for the time being. I will be back to buy from them again.
My wife and I scheduled to have our cars serviced the same day (and 10 days in advance). My wife received an email confirmation, and I didn't. A week later, I received a phone call to remind me of my wife's appointment but the date I was told on the phone was wrong and the time was wrong as well. And my appointment for my car was not even in the records. After a few calls, I was told we could come in "as walk ins" on the day service had been originally scheduled. And since there were no technician that were not already scheduled it might take longer to work our vehicles through and that some work I had requested (Nissan issued a recall to have the ECU reprogrammed on my car, so this is the work I requested). I was told over the phone that this may not happen. Fortunately, all work was completed on the original schedule and in a reasonable time despite the frustrating problem in scheduling an appointment. So, only the scheduling an appointment turned out to be the problem.
