Thank you for really great service. The guys are friendly And take the time to listen and care about concerns. Love that I got a loaner car and another service date the guys washed my car and vacuumed and that is wonderful service! The service makes the dealership #1. Will highly recommend. Thank you again!
I tried to edit/or delete my original comment but this site does not allow for this action. I'm writing this comment too update the situation. I was called first thing in the morning by the management "Tyler" at Superior GMC where they we're extremely apologetic and eager to provide satisfactory customer service, and they did just that. This seems to have been a huge communication error that led to me being frustrated by what had taken place. After speaking with Tyler I'm confident that if I would have spoken to him originally this issue would have never escalated, as he is truly someone who is determined to give good customer service. I plan on buying a new truck or SUV here in the next year or two and I will attempt to buy it from Superior GMC when the time comes, this is because of them going Beyond normal customer service expectations after what originally happened.

It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. The people there have worked hard to earn my trust by not just charging me the most they can but instead, they actively work to save me dollars. I respect that and will be giving them my business in the future.
Immediately after contacting the dealership about looking into a new truck, Mike Muckenfuss called and let me know that I would save a lot of time if I came to McLarty Daniel Ford in Bentonville. Mike got me into a brand new Lead Foot (Exterior color) STX V8 F150 and I'm happier with my truck now than I have been with any vehicle I have owned in the past. Oliver helped us agree on a deal, and I would strongly suggest for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to visit McLarty Daniel in Bentonville.
I noticed that one of my tires was starting to split at the wall and needed replaced. The service department was able to order the replacement tires in that morning and fit me in during my lunch hour, that very same day. The customer service experience was amazing. So much so, that I didn't have to worry about anything and was in and out extremely quickly. I definitely recommend taking your vehicle here for service!!!
Received an answer to my review explaining our privacy issue. My personal information was obtained from our Department of Finance and administration by the aftermarket warranty wolves. We have been harassed by these folks which led to my poor review of this dealership. Please accept my sincere apology and please contact your lawmakers to prevent this privacy problem. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
We had found a Nissan Pathfinder online that we were interested in, but once we got there and really had a chance to look it over we decided to see what else was available. We were able to find a newer model that really met our wants/needs. Trevor worked with us to get the price where we wanted it and we were able to leave that day with our new car.
