I drive past about three different Nissan dealers just to go to Glendale Nissan. My main reason is Manny. He is actually the best. Most honest service person I've ever dealt with I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I just want to thank all of the service team of Nissan for being so kind and supportive to me today. Today was my husband's birthday but he has just recently passed away Jonathan Garcia was so kind to call me and check up on me to see how I was doing and making sure I was okay and to see if there was anything that he could do for me. I thought that was very kind of him as of a salesmen. (THANK YOU JONATHAN!)

Would like to say thank you to William Blitz he is an excellent salesman good at what he does and a very polite gentleman if you're going to buy a car from Sutherland Nissan I would suggest asking for William Blitz the particular day that we were there he was training a young salesman and I give him a lot of credit for the time that he took with us explaining the sale and also showing us all the features on the Rogue this is our second purchase of a rogue from Sutherland Nissan my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase I cannot stand up about this dealership in particular they are outstanding here in Fort Myers Florida I would also like to say thank you to Jonathan Garcia he sold us our first row about 3 years ago we enjoyed the first one and we upgraded a bit on our second one and we are most pleased with the purchase again thank you William Blitz you've done an excellent job keep up the great work and I hope you sell a lot more cars thank you David Hunt and Christina hunt

Tasca Nissan East ProvidenceReviews
Tasca Nissan East Providence review
Upon visiting the Nissan Tasca website in East Providence, I immediately knew I wanted a Nissan Rogue. With my budget and numbers in hand, I was not aware of the exceptional sales representative I was about to meet. Arianna provided my husband and me with detailed information and answers to our questions about leasing, a process we were new to. Initially, I observed that she was new to the role and slightly reserved, yet very professional. However, after taking a test drive together, she became more confident, and the experience was transformed. After the test drive, I informed her that the vehicle was sold, and she efficiently facilitated the process with the assistance of Matteo, the financial representative. We were able to drive our new vehicle home in under 48 hours. I would like to extend my gratitude to the outstanding team at Tasca Nissan. Arianna, your performance was impressive, and I encourage you to continue providing exceptional service. Bravo 👏

So Beyond Pleased with my car buying experience! Shopped around 3 different states - Maine - Mass - N.H. - for the best price from dealers, and Marc Motors Nissan had by far the most friendly staff and comfortable show room - as soon as you walk in it's a whole different feel. First of all, the showroom is spotless! Such clean presentation, I felt so important. The sales team was so warm and inviting, and the "BDC" Team really helped make everything easy as soon as I walked in the door - I said my name and who I spoke with and It was smooth Sailing from there! Even the Sales Managers were fun and nice, as well as the finance manager. From start to finish everything was beyond expectation.

I had a wonderful experience at Marc Motors after my Fiat's dashboard flashed "Key Fob is low on battery". I just happened to be near Marc Motors and trusted them because of past experience. I parked and suddenly Cassandra appeared with a smile and offering help. She listened and accompanied me to the Service Department where I met Nick who solved the problem in no time with no charge. These two young people made my day. Nick even took the time to explain how the key fob worked and Cassandra stayed with me to make sure everything would work out fine. Cassandra and Nick are excellent representatives of a dealership that can be trusted to provide car care over the years.

Once the pricing terms were agreed upon, the dealership completely changed the figures and demanded $23,000 total, effectively ignoring the binding out-the-door quote they had just provided When I insisted on honoring the agreed-upon price, they denied ever making the $20,000 offer.

It took a while due to Nissan. The dealership was great. No pressure type of approach. They do add on 3k for “accessories” that you don’t have the option on. They made up for it by offering more on my trade in. Everything was reasonable. Due to the length of time the sales manager gave us a $50 gift card and a free gas up when we stop by later this week. All good people here.

I was elated with my experience, until I had a problem. When I got home and started to learn about my new used car I discovered I was given a broken key fob that does not have the mechanical key used in the event of an emergency/safety issue. I texted my salesman who said he would check in it. Several days later I had not heard anything. Contacted my sales person again and he admitted he forgot and sent me to the GM. I emailed the GM twice and never heard back. I contacted customer relations and explain. They said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. It's now several days later and nothing. I was hoping they would handle the situation so I didn't have to put it in the review. The sales part was good, the followup in nil.

Daniel V. Went in for an oil change, staff was super nice and attentive for both drop off and pick up! After arriving, it was nice that he had actually shook my hand and introduced himself. He helped me out a ton and was very informative and professional! We Had a few good conversations and laughs, then he walked me out to my car. It was a great Service, and I really appreciate Daniel for helping me out!
