I was in Modern Nissan for preventive maintenance. My husband always took care of our car needs so this was my first experience handling car maintenance. Tom was so nice. He explained everything to me and made me glad I was having the work done at Modern. Tom was fast efficient answered all my questions and I could not have asked for a better mechanic. I made sure I had his card so he would be working on my car again. A definite asset for Modern Nisan with expert skills.

Great truck,has a ton of features. Gets a lot 20% better gas mileage than my previous truck Bought used but has a ton of features. Happy I stayed with Nissan.

Great and fast service. Everyone is very professional and nice, I did the Pickup service and it was really great. The team worked on my car and got it back to me very quickly.

The Frontier King Cab has served me very well. It has been completely reliable and has met my varied needs. I have hauled many kinds of loads in the bed and have taken advantage of the additional length available over the Crew Cab. That said I wouldn’t want to take a long journey sitting in one of the rear seats, but having that space readily available for carrying “stuff” has been an advantage for me. Had no issues with towing a trailer. Over the three plus years I have owned it I have had just one warranty issue that was resolved by the local dealer; otherwise it just had routine maintenance. During that time several strangers passing by have commented on how they liked the look of the truck.

I love my Nissan Frontier SV 4x4.. I have 24,000 miles on it with no problems but a back door lock issue that was repaired. The Nissan dealer was great. It’s very comfortable and drives like a luxury suv. I have no complaints. We had a Tacoma before and it was so uncomfortable. It has a lot of getup and go. Fun to drive. I am very happy with this truck

I'm fond of smaller trucks, had 3 Rangers over a 20 year period. Lost interest when they stopped production. However ownership of a large dog caused me to reconsider a truck's utility over our SUV. The Frontier crew cab with fold up rear seats provides easy access and a safer environment for our pooch. The ride and handling is quite good, power is more than adequate. The truck is a real pleasure to drive, although steering is on the heavy side. One of the few items that could be improved. I own the SV model with leather interior, love that feature as a dog owner. Perhaps the best feature is the price, typically 1,000's less than the competition. Must say the Frontier works well for me and certainly should serve the needs for most truck buyers.

I looked in depth at number of mid-sized trucks and landed a final decision on the Frontier Pro-4X. I previously owned a full size truck but the large size for keeping in garage, parking and navigating parking lots was getting to be a real pain. I also owned a previous Frontier model but the new updated one is just so much better. The overall ride is smooth but you still get the feel of a truck. The exterior look is the best in class and technology is up to date. Navigating the controls has both manual and touch screen functions. I like to be able to control the heat/AC with manual buttons as well as the audio. The Pro-4X trim is both appealing and worth the increased costs. My only negatives are the front seats could be a bit more comfortable and the passenger seat should come with an option to be power seats.

I bought a 2022 S 4x4 King cab. My opinion it is the last real truck sold in the United States. No turbos, hybrid, and auto stop. If you need a real truck buy this.

Great place to get a new car, came in they guided me to a new vehicle and was out within two hours after having it detailed.

I used both their local store and their website in searching for cars. I was very surprised that when i submitted a question late one night and was called within one hour. The Sales person was very knowledgeable about their stock.

I bought my 2022 Nissan Frontier pro x in August of 2022, loved it then and love it now I use it to go to work every day on average 120 miles a day, I have 52,000 miles on it and absolutely and I mean absolutely not one problem, not even a dead battery or ran out of gas. I'm very happy with the truck and the gamble I took because I originally was going to get a Tacoma but I saw the new Frontiers and I just had to get one. Hopefully it stays that way.

Tom (salesman), Billy (sales manager) and Johnny (finance manager) were so helpful. If you’re looking for a dealership that doesn’t have the typical “dealership” feel, come here! They were so kind and flexible. Not pushy at all (which is why I dislike buying cars). We left wanting to buy our next vehicle from them. When you stop by, ask for Tom or Billy!!

After my f150 was totaled last winter, I was looking for another F150 with eco boost engine. Being mid winter there were not any used trucks with decent mileage available. I found a 2018 pro x with 70k. It wasn’t as luxurious as my ford but it was loaded with navigation. I purchased it. What a good decision. Besides a battery replacement and fluid changes I haven’t had one issue. It’s a strong truck with great acceleration And torque. I’m 6-1 and fit comfortably in the cab. Yeah it is a midsize, so I sacrificed size but I adapt. The only negative is poorer gas mileage. My ford eco boost averaged 16+ whereas my Nissan gets12 mpg on a good day.

I just recently bought a Ford Fusion from Carmax of Hickory, and the team of professionals were just that--professional. We found them to be upfront and efficient.

I went from a 2015 frontier pro4x to a 2020 frontier midnight edition only thing the midnight didn’t have was gps xm radio the truck has more power better handling in my opinion no problems with this truck

I absolutely love this mid size truck. Only 2 issues at this till. I have rust..thru the paint to body. Behind cab and on lower of box. Also feel pitting on tailgate. Mind you my husband and I had truck completely simonized before leaving showroom. We have not had truck a year..and rust issues are very concerning. One other concern is drivers seat separation from cloth to plastic piece on side control. Anyone have these issues?

Seats are to narrow. Everything else is good. Like the newer transmission. Traded in my 2014 model for this one. Also get better gas mileage then the old one.

Staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Logan was made me feel very comfortable

I started coming here for service when the Dodge dealership closed about 10 years ago and was impressed by their efficiency, workmanship and prices. If you need service or parts give them a call. I noticed a tire had less pressure than the other tires on my vehicle. I pulled over and saw a medium sized nail in my tire. I called The Parks dealership to see if they were busy and/or if they could fit me in; otherwise, I would go somewhere else. It was a Monday and usually they are busy on these days; however, it was Veteran's Day. First call, I couldn't get answer and got voicemail. So, I called back a few minutes later and someone transferred me to the Service dept., but no one picked up. Third time I called it sounded like someone picked up but then I got disconnected. I took a chance and went to the dealership. Fortunately, Jordan was there, took a look and saw the nail, then said they could patch it. Great! I was not wanting to buy a new tire at this time. I waited about an hour with one other person who was there waiting to have two tires fixed for the same issue. Jordan, as always is friendly and personable, and by now knows me by name! LOL! I was recently there for a 75k service in which I had something rolling around in my air ducts. The piece was found and removed; however, there is a second piece I later heard rolling around after I left. Before leaving this visit; I mentioned it to Jordan as I had forgotten about it. He said they can take a look at it the next time I come in, which is good because I had somewhere to be and couldn't wait longer. In all my experiences with Parks, and I've had more than I would like to admit (of course, at no fault of there's), they are always on top of things and everyone is so friendly! Great service and customer service! They try to make you as comfortable as possible while waiting. If you don't want to wait they have partnered with Lyft (I think) to take you whereever and then they pick you back up to get your vehicle at no charge to you. Awesome!

195k miles and my truck still fires up and runs excellently. Everything from the value, the power, the utility, the reliability, and, in my opinion, the looks, are superb. I will say the turning radius is quite awful, but in light of all the positive things I could say about this truck, it's an easy recommendation, and by far the best vehicle I've had the please of owning. It is a barebones truck, but Nissan did an excellent job fine tuning it and making it one of those 10+ year trucks you wish every other truck could be.
