Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D

I can’t say enough good things about Nismo Nick at Pinnacle Nissan. I first spoke with Nick when I was trying to understand the allocation process for the new Z and sort through all the supposed “mandatory” dealer add-ons I was encountering with another dealership. From that very first conversation, Nick was different. He answered my questions, explained how things actually worked, and there were no games. During that first conversation, Nick made me an incredibly compelling offer on the Z I wanted. The problem was, I had already put a significant deposit down on a car with the other dealership, and I felt I should honor my commitment. Nick respected my decision completely and never pressured me. Unfortunately, when that car arrived at the other dealership with significant damage, the deal fell apart. I called Nick for advice. He still had my Z and simply asked if I wanted it. This time, I said yes! That’s when Nick really had my back. He walked me through a difficult situation and gave me sound, straightforward advice. Then he went to work. He put together a deal that was more than fair and added value in ways I hadn’t expected. Eric did a great job handling the financing, while Nick took care of everything else. Before I knew it, the Z I had wanted from the beginning was mine, and Nick arranged to have it shipped hundreds of miles and delivered right to my doorstep. What stands out to me about Nick is pretty simple: he does what he says he’s going to do. He treated me fairly when I wasn’t even his customer, and when I came back needing his help, he was there. He’s a no-nonsense salesman, a straight shooter, and someone I learned I could trust. I absolutely love my new Z, and I have a lot of respect and appreciation for the person who helped me get it. 2026 Nissan Kicks review
The Nissan Kicks is a great value for the buck ! The Kicks has a four cylinder engine with plenty of power for both around the town & freeway driving, for a small SUV it has good rear cargo space as well. The Kicks has 11 airbags for safety which I like when transporting my two grandsons Attics and Austin! My wife and I made the best choice for a small SUV the Nissan Kicks !!!

We bought our vehicle from Courtesy Nissan of Mesa, and from start to finish it was one of the best dealership experiences we’ve ever had. The entire process was easy, transparent, and completely hassle-free. There were no games, no pressure, and everyone treated us with honesty and respect. What really impressed us was what happened months after the sale. We stopped in for service without an appointment at the last minute and were told it would be about 45 minutes. Honestly, I thought they were joking. Not only did they finish the service within the promised time, but they also washed the car before handing it back. The icing on the cake was when the General Manager, Lewis, remembered our family by name. He took a few minutes to talk with my 8 year old son, handed him a brand-new Matchbox car with his business card stapled to it, and told him, “When you’re ready to buy your first car, give me a call.” That small gesture meant a lot and speaks volumes about the culture at Courtesy Nissan. They don’t just care about making a sale—they genuinely care about their customers long after the purchase. Outstanding service, outstanding people, and a dealership that truly earns your business.
