I had a great experience working with Klarissa! She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole car-buying process feel easy and stress-free. She answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured and really took the time to help me find something that worked for me. If you’re shopping for a car, I definitely recommend asking for Klarissa!

CarMax West 104th Ave review
Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!

We found a car we liked online and went and looked. We were able to take the car for a test drive, the price matched what we had in mind, so we bought it. We had pre-approved financing through USAA, so that made it even easier. We'll be back.

Lukies was great. I came prepared having researched the car and had a million follow-up questions. He knocked it out of the park - answered all my questions and explained the promotions to me and how I could save money by taking advantage of the promotions. Very friendly and knowledgeable. A smooth process.

Best car buying experience ever. Least hassle and great service. Had two small issues handled quickly and they even filled my tank. Thanks Cameron.
2024 Nissan Leaf review
One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

The smoothest car buying experience I think I have ever had. No running to the manager for prices, no crazy add ons. Dealt with only one person for the entire sale and she was great. Super knowledgeable and extremely competent. Jadyn crushed it and I would absolutely buy from her again.
