Tim assisted with finding the right vehicle, and Jennifer Baldwin is invaluable when it comes to CS, she definitely gets it. Trying out voltzwagon for the first time was easy.
2024 Kia Niro EV review
Going electric is a fascinating experience, You drive by gas stations and realize, they are a thing of your past. This car get every good mileage. I have seen 300 miles after a charge. The drive is so quiet and the interior feels rather luxurious in some ways and quite baffling. in others. The complex electrical system has an air conditioner/radio switch that is completely annoying.Every time you turn the radio on, if you're not in the right place, the air conditioning goes on. This happens perpetually. The entire system requires two ro three reads of the manual—it is not intuitive. Another dislike is (it can be turned off) is the steering wheel switch that shudders anytime you make a lane change—there have been times when the sense of control is lost—not a good thing! The entire right side is given to some Las Vegas type light fixture that can change colors. It's a wasted space, though passengers comment and seem to love it. All in all, a good car, pricey compared to similar cars, but a timely choice.

I found a used Ioniq 5 at a great price. Was contacted by Eric Wong who worked with me on pricing and looking into new and lease options. He was extra transparent - gave me all quotes with all fees included and wasn’t pushy. We got the used car and wrapped up our purchase within 90 minutes and we’re out the door to head home with a fully detailed car. Eric also loves food so he’ll tell you where to get a good meal too - good guy

Capitol Kia review
I just completed my yearly service at Capitol Kia. They did an excellent job with the car, even completing a wheel alignment without charge. In addition to the service, I was going to order a replacement outside rear view mirror, because someone had scraped the mirror in a parking lot, leaving a nasty white paint scar. However the technician suggested that they might be able to buff out the paint transfer. They were able to successfully buff out the paint damage, saving me about $500 in an insurance claim.

Fred Anderson Kia of GreenvilleReviews
Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville review
Exceptional customer service is easy when everything goes according to plan. The real measure of an organization is how its people respond when things become difficult. Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville demonstrated that standard. My mother’s Chevrolet Equinox required extensive and complicated repairs over an extended period. Because she lives in South Carolina and I live in Iowa, I coordinated much of the process remotely. Chris Kirby in the Service Department provided consistent communication, professionalism, honesty, compassion, and persistence throughout the entire process. This was not a simple repair situation. Chris continued working through the issues, kept me informed, coordinated with the technicians and others involved, and treated my mother and her vehicle with genuine care. His commitment made an extremely stressful situation manageable for our family. People. Performance. Persistence. Customer Care. My family sincerely appreciates Chris Kirby and Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville for the professionalism and commitment shown to my mother throughout this experience - Mel

Hank was pleasant, engaging and efficient as was the finance person - Troy. Other staff I interacted with was respectful and helpful. Even the manager (the who comes to beat you up - JUST KIDDING) was professional. When it's time to purchase again we will be back!

When using cruise control and limit how many car lengths between you and car in front of you, it does serious sudden slow down which could be dangwrous with someone right behind you. Otherwise great car, one of my best ever.

Imperial ToyotaReviews
Imperial Toyota review
I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Imperial Toyota in Milford. Their service team is always accessible, responsive and helpful whenever I have questions about my vehicle. I especially appreciate that they take the time to explain recommended maintenance, what should be addressed now, and what can reasonably wait, rather than just handing over a list of services without context. Would recommend!

Roseville HyundaiReviews
Roseville Hyundai review
Had a great sales experience with Rachel at Hyundai. She was extremely nice to work with and answered every question we had regarding the models we were looking at. The purchasing experience itself was as expected, the usual negotiations between getting the best possible deal for the car and polite back and forth on what is possible and what wasn't. Left extremely satisfied with the car and offer we agreed on and the financing portion of the purchase was also easy and Damien at Hyundai was very personable and easy to talk with. Overall from test drive appointment, to meeting and working with Rachel and purchasing our car, it was a very enjoyable experience over the week+ we kept in touch and worked with Rachel and Hyundai

2024 Kia Niro EV review
so much going for it that it is sad that the dashboard panel was not thought out. The air conditioning and the media controls are inexplicably linked. Every time you want to turn the radio on, you will turn on the air conditioning. It is bonkers and it's not useful. If you want to install a phone holder you will not find a good place as all useful information is on a panel that would hold the phone. Who designed this? Fire them.
