It was an excellent car buying experience. Denise, the sales rep was knowledgeable about the product and took the time to explain all of the features on the car(a Sentra. Ethan, in finance, was also very helpful, no high pressure tactics and he took the time to explain all the options without pressuring you into choosing some options you may not have needed or couldn't afford. Finally, Steve Grill made sure with the after sale that the plates were on, the car was washed and that everything was perfect...which it was. Puyallup Nissan is a quality dealership and I highly recommend them

Just do it!!! This was one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Coming from a family who used to work in the car business, I was expecting the normal car salesmen type of vibe. But instead I got something super nice. I did my financing thru their website and received a phone call back super quickly from Roque. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me, not just in making a sale, which I appreciated so much!! He took the time to explain everything in a way that was very easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The finance manager (Ethan), was just as great! He walked me through all the paperwork, explained my options super clearly, and made the whole process simple and hassle free. What I appreciated most was the honesty and transparency. There were no games and no surprises. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and kept everything within the price range I was comfortable with. They didn’t try to upsell or give me a bunch of crap that I didn’t need. I’m telling you, this is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with! The entire team went above and beyond, and I left feeling excited about my purchase. It's rare to find customer service like this these days. They've definitely earned a customer for life, and I've be recommending them to family and friends. 2024 Nissan ARIYA review
Admittedly, have not had this vehicle for very long, but I am very impressed. And I am difficult to impress. Previous vehicle was an ‘18 RAM 1500 with V8 Hemi. It was fun, powerful, loud, and I enjoyed sitting up high. Two weeks in the Ariya, and I don’t miss it. I have the AWD version, and this thing moves at the frequency I think. I mean, you see a space in traffic you want to get to, check blind spots and BAM, you’re there. Handling is crisp and tight, remaining so at highway speeds. Bumps handled like a luxury mobile of 2X the cost. Cabin is quiet, spacious, and does not feel cheap. Tons of features, power everything. Screen bootup is rapid and has my tunes going by the time I’m buckled in and have my glasses switched to my sunglasses. Heads up display tells everything I need, and well positioned. Charging so far has not been an issue in the least. Installed a ChargePoint charger in my garage, and it’s easily setup and controlled through their app, so it charges on schedule according to my utility provider’s preferred charge time, giving me a break on the electricity used to charge it. All told, I’ve spent $6 over 2 weeks and 500 miles. Truck would have cost me a tank, or 30 gallons of gas for same distance.
