I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Anyone that has ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership knows the nightmare it can be. The long grueling hours, the back and forth negotiations not to mention hit after hit on your credit. I've been there many times in my life and hated every minute. But that was NOT the case here. This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience ever!!!! I never even had to go to the dealership. We managed the whole deal over the website and phone, during my lunch break. I told them the terms I was hoping to get (not really expecting to get them), and within less then an hour it was done! Then as if that wasn't already awesome, they brought the car and the paperwork to me and within 20 minutes, BAM, DONE! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys! Major kudos to Tyler, he rocks!
Every time i go to ABC Nissan i am greeted with a common courtesy and respect with absolutely no pressure to buy. The atmosphere is very much "a family" vibe. The hospitality is off the charts amazing and the follow up calls to check on me and how the car is performing or if i need anything are great as well. It is good to know that ABC Nissan is there when and if i need them. Tremendous service!!!
From the time I got there was greeted pleasantly now with the people they worked diligently to try to get me into what I needed they help me probably several Vehicles show me sell vehicles just Pleasant all around experience good people good employees makes you feel good about what you purchased thank you
AutoNation claims not to negotiate, they will a little bit. Their original quote sheet that they came up with was a no non-sense quote sheet, nothing hidden and showed all fees necessary to complete the lease which I really appreciated. It was still just a bit too expensive so I countered with exactly what I was willing to pay and after a little bit of non-confrontational back and forth, we agreed on the price of a lease for a Nissan Rogue. They helped me figure out how to get every possible discount on this car (college grad, how to use my Nissan One to One Rewards) and that got the price down to even less that I was willing to pay. They answered all questions from the finance, returning my current lease early and were very respectful.
I was interested in the Rogue and Rogue Sport and the salesman was able to figure out that the Rogue would meet my needs perfectly and he hustled to get the car from the lot so we didn't have to wait all day, he didn't try to up sell me on a trim level that I couldn't afford which I really appreciated.
The only negatives were that the showroom was not the nicest but when they are able to speed up the process, I don't care about not having recliners and refreshments. We spent most of the time there figuring out how to get Apple Car play work and figuring out how to get all of my documentation for Nissan's One to One Discount and College Discount to be applied properly.
First of all, I'm glad the dealership next door sucked and we went to Avondale Mazda.
Everyone we worked with was great and they worked with us, even though some worked passed quitting time. Everything said and done it was a great experience, got a great car at a great price. Thanks to everyone, you got a good thing going. Keep up the good work..
My 5 star rating is based off the excellent customer service right from the parking lot. My fiance and I were greeted and welcomed soon as we exited our car. We were then handed off to Francis who went above and beyond to make sure that we not only received the best service, but the best deal possible. The knowledge he and his team (Ricky in finance and a manager whose name slips my mind) possessed was genuine and made us feel like people they were interested in actually helping and not just a commission check! I would certainly reccomend anybody interested in obtaining a new vehicle to speak with and visit Francis and his team at Pinnacle Nissan.

My family is in the middle of transitioning from Minnesota to Arizona, and my wife's car broke down on the way there. We stopped at Auto Hall, and our experience was great. Bryan was so helpful, and knowledgable out his inventory. Not only was he not pushy or trying to pawn off a car on us that they want out of their inventory, he welcomed us to find a better offer on the car we chose. Once we decided on the car we wanted, he made the buying process easy and fast. We were in and out of the dealership in under 30 minutes. My wife wanted to add on some features to the car, and not only did he understand what we wanted, he had them taken care of in a timely manner. He was very communicative throughout the entire process, and treated us as if we were family who were there to buy a car. I will be buying my cars from here for now on.
I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.
So this will be my second car from Coulter nissan in surprise that I have bought. Everytime they're so pleasant and relaxed. Jan Lieberman was my sales pro and I will forever go back to him. Straightforward, honest and great communicator. I took a couple days to consider options and had him ride around in several vehicles with me. He treated every car ride like the first and was very patient with me haha this facility and staff are so customer oriented and worked with me to close a fair deal that I was more then happy with. Grateful for Jan, Justin and Leon for all they did and the promises they kept. My family will definitely be returning to them!
I have been coming to coultier Nissan in surprise since I purchased a used Altima from them so figure I stay with the same dealer. I have never had a bad experience with anyone there. From the first day they treated me like family and service was prompt and fantastic. I have nothing bad to say except very good words for Marc and the service center
