2021 Nissan Murano review
I owned a 2016,2018,2021 platinum. It is outstanding. Wonderfully comfortable, handles like a dream, not one thing ever went wrong. The updated GPS in 2021 is great, showing exit ramp with actual sign. 2021 was the SL gray with black wheels AWD-love it. Every time I get behind the wheel the shine never wears off. Buying my third one says it all. The safety equipment, ride and appearance sold me. I finally feel like I own something in this world that is flawless. Gives me endless driving pleasure. On long trips the seats are very comfortable. Under 10 mph all four wheels get power, then computer takes over. Next car will probably be another one fully equipped. Love music and this one delivers!

The 2021 Nissan Murano that I just purchased is beyond excellent. I can't say enough how I appreciate and enjoy this car, from the looks, performance, and cost. We went to Hillsboro Ford on a beautiful Spring morning and were quickly greeted by Chrystal as we started to walk the lot. I told her what I wanted to look at and she hustled to the office to grab the keys. Within minutes of arriving my son was getting to test drive the car he wanted. Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal. Within 30 minutes we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would "take so long", I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. I appreciated Chrystal's honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling. What I most appreciated was that she spoke to my teenage son like he was a customer, not just some kid dragged along by his dad. After they brought the car back from detailing, I caught her outside cleaning it up some more. It was not that they did a bad job, more so that she clearly just wanted it to be perfect. Talk about great customer service! When I get ready to buy a car for my wife, or buy company vehicles, Chrystal will be my first call. She is an excellent representative for a great car dealership.

Only Issue I have it’s friction between leathers seats and middle console. Avoid leather seats, Dealers can’t do much with this issue to be fixed. Other on that it’s a great vehicle.

2021 Nissan Murano review
My second Murano and still having an excellent owner experience. Easy and comfortable to drive with a suspension that is both comfortable and well handling with the 20 inch tires. The electronic safety equipment works very well and now I wouldn’t want to be without it. Overall a wonderful and utilitarian vehicle that’s well built and comfortable.

2021 Nissan Murano review
I've driven Nissan for several years already. This 2021 Murano has the beautiful look to it. The only issue was a strut on both sides that went out, but the warranty covered it all. Total reliable vehicle for the fam!
