The sales experience was great - no pressure and ready to help. When I was ready to purchase, the vehicle I wanted was actually at another dealer and they were able to get the vehicle and matched the price. The finance staff are pleasant, but you need to accept no as an answer on the extended warranty. I had to decline 6 times.
2026 Nissan Murano review
Wow, what a great deal. This is a true luxury vehicle on par with an RX Lexus and about $20k less without the Lexus name. We are very happy with the value, performance and great looks of this vehicle

I had a great experience at the Courtesy Nissan of Mesa. Dennis Becker was especially helpful. He was friendly and professional. He also got back to me in a timely manner. He had my car serviced and finished at the time that he promised that it would be finished. He was very helpful and informative about the work that was done on my car. I wish every experience was this good. I would give him 5 stars.

Courtesy Nissan of Mesa review
We bought our vehicle from Courtesy Nissan of Mesa, and from start to finish it was one of the best dealership experiences we’ve ever had. The entire process was easy, transparent, and completely hassle-free. There were no games, no pressure, and everyone treated us with honesty and respect. What really impressed us was what happened months after the sale. We stopped in for service without an appointment at the last minute and were told it would be about 45 minutes. Honestly, I thought they were joking. Not only did they finish the service within the promised time, but they also washed the car before handing it back. The icing on the cake was when the General Manager, Lewis, remembered our family by name. He took a few minutes to talk with my 8 year old son, handed him a brand-new Matchbox car with his business card stapled to it, and told him, “When you’re ready to buy your first car, give me a call.” That small gesture meant a lot and speaks volumes about the culture at Courtesy Nissan. They don’t just care about making a sale—they genuinely care about their customers long after the purchase. Outstanding service, outstanding people, and a dealership that truly earns your business. Highly recommended!

CarMax is much smoother than any other car buying experience you will ever find. Their salesman Matthew Johnson is a great guy. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the vehicle we purchased. There was the slight hiccup when diesel fuel was put in the unleaded tank prior to our test drive. Carlos Elias-Perez was incredible, courteous and professional. My father who will be 91 YOA this year was placed in intensive care (Georgia) a few days after our purchase. We had no qualms about taking an 1,800-mile road trip. Thanks!

Courtesy Nissan of Mesa... they are the best!! Great customer service, Isaac Henry was awesome. His manager Dennis and the guy from the Financial services help me very well. Since the first time I arrived to the dealer they were very helpful. And let's not forget Dillan, who was the one who showed me the truck.
2026 Nissan Murano review
This is the first Murano I have had the Nissan Rouge. I am so glad we bought this car. It is truly a comfortable car. The ride is very nice. I bought the two tone and love it. They did an amazing job designing this car. It has all the bells and whistles. The stereo system is out of this world; it has Bose stereo. The inside is awesome and outside. This car is so much better than the Rouge I had, as far xxx the design and style.

Great buying experience. I did take the car (BMW) to a BMW dealership for a concern I had with the car I bought at CarMax. They found something so then I took it back to CarMax to have it fixed (5-day money back guarantee and 30-day warranty) and CarMax took care of it at no cost and without any questions.

Kelly Mac sold us a great car! She was knowledgeable about the car and gave us options. She wasn’s pushy but kind, she was patient enough to allow us to make our own decision. A great asset to the Nissan Company. Loved her funny personality and interest in us. Thank you Kelly. We will refer other customers to see her at Nissan.
