I was in the market for selling my 2019 Toyota Tundra with extremely low miles and tons of upgrades. From the the first contact made from WBYC Lindsay was extremely professional and walked me through the process of what their dealership did. She wasn't overbearing or constantly annoying me like some dealerships. She also began to research and attempt to find my upgrade vehicle to a 3500 heavy duty. This flow of information went of for a few weeks and each time I never felt like I had to chase her down or re-ask questions that were covered previously in our interactions. Once an appointment was scheduled to have my sell/trade appraised, she greeted me and it felt as though Id known her for years. She's professional, knowledgable and extremely personable to make traveling to a dealership not an experience we've all been through. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to sell my truck to them, ONLY because I received a trade in credit at a dealership where I purchased my 3500. Furthermore, their appraisal was a tad bit higher than where I purchased, which also highlights how fair and and credible their appraisal team is. Ive Never had such a delightful interaction with anyone at a dealership than I had with Lindsay in the "We Buy Your Car" part of the dealership. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to simply sell their vehicle to head to Nissan Tempa Autonation and ask for Lindsay. Hopefully after getting an awesome appraisal they can find you a vehicle as well!!!!

What really impressed us was what happened months after the sale. We stopped in for service without an appointment at the last minute and were told it would be about 45 minutes. Honestly, I thought they were joking. Not only did they finish the service within the promised time, but they also washed the car before handing it back. The icing on the cake was when the General Manager, Lewis, remembered our family by name. He took a few minutes to talk with my 8 year old son, handed him a brand-new Matchbox car with his business card stapled to it, and told him, “When you’re ready to buy your first car, give me a call.” That small gesture meant a lot and speaks volumes about the culture at Courtesy Nissan. They don’t just care about making a sale—they genuinely care about their customers long after the purchase. Outstanding service, outstanding people, and a dealership that truly earns your business. I will start off that they were helpfull and wanted make my daughters purchase experience a good one. They were not overly pushy and asked my daughter questions to be assured she was getting a vehicle to suit her needs. Now for the purchase process. They were helpfull on negotiating a fair price and trade value. We told them before going to finance that we did NOT want extended warranties or a bunch of add ons. However, when we got to that part. The overall cost increased substantually, they added on extras!!! We had to be there much longer then nessasary to fix what we told them not to do from the start. We were able to negotiate a fair deal. Now to the aggravating part. While trying to discuss things with my daughter, extremely loud music started playing over the intercom, interupting our conversation. I had to yell out loud to the salesman that I'm trying to buy a car and I can't hear or discuss this with my daughter. He replied that they are celebrating a sale. So they think its ok to irritate all of the other people in the building to celebrate one sale. I think that serving customers should be celebration enough. They also offer the new buyer to ring a large dong after a purchase. I can understand that. But the extremely loud music was just over the top. I was told that a couple walked in while the noise was blasting and turned and left. So to celebrate one sale, they lost another. I was about to walk out myself. I tried to convence my daughter to go somewhere else and look at other vehicles at others dealers. However, she was impressed with the vehicle she test drove and wanted to stay. I hope they take the time to review the annoying music idea and find a better way to celebrate or just realize providing good service is celebration in its self.
