Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Had to replace leaking transmission fluid line on 2017 Titan. Did not have part in stock so they gave me a loaner truck to drive until part came in. My truck was washed and clean when I picked it up. Good customer service.

Kathy was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the vehicles and if she didn't know she found out. She was patient with me and very helpful. I always experience the very best service and professionalism at this dealership. I purchased the car here and have had 95 percent of the service performed at the service center. Richard Philadelphia has been my service manager the entire time and is second to none. However, the rest of the staff has been wonderful to deal with and Adam really worked well with me in addition to Richard for my last service order.
For the first time in years I can honestly say I'm very disappointed with this visit. I made an appointment 3 days prior to my trip from New Orleans to Ga and was told I had unused one to one points which was perfect. I got to the dealership and with an appointment still waited 2 hours plus I was told my points were no good anymore. Unfortunately the manager was not present but I will be following up.
My sales guy Kelvaleski Davis is awesome! He greeted me at my appointed time and made my car buying experience a dream come true. He never made me feel pressured but made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands choosing what was best for me.
